Damien’s POV
“I could ask you the same thing, how dare you?” She raised her voice, as she tried to get up.
“How could you send me there after all we've been through together? I loved you and I will still risk everything to be with you Damien. So how dare you send me away when, in truth, I'm all you have. You know it's only with time that you'll realize how you can't do without me,” she said as she coughed.
Trying to resist the spell was the same as trying to strangle yourself. It gave an uncomfortable feeling and no matter how much you resisted, the feeling of the hands wringing around your neck to suffocate you remained.
“This is how far you would go, right?” I asked and she answered without hesitation.
“Yes,” she said as she coughed and tried to get up even with her cuffed wrist
