Well, s**t. If that wasn't the hottest thing I've ever heard, I don't know what is. "Just so you know, you're also my first and last kiss." He whispers in my ear, sending shivers down my spin. I grab his face and kiss him with every ounce I have. I've never felt like this before and I never want it to end.

Deepening the kiss, he places his hands under my ass and lifts me off the floor. My body has a mind of its own as I find myself wrapping my legs around his waist and allow him to carry me out of the room. Without breaking the kiss, he leads us to another room and kicks the door shut. I break away needing air and take in my surrounding. This isn't my room, so it must be his.

Sitting on his bed, I realize the position we are in and heat creeps up my face. I'm currently straddling him and can clearly feel his erection through his sweat pants. "I-I'm sorry." I mutter out as I pull my face away from his. "I'm not ready for... that." He cups my face making me look in his eyes. "Don't ever apologize to me for such a thing. I will wait forever for you. Plus, what kind of gentleman would I be if I claimed you before even dating you properly?" I smile at him, feeling relieved by his words.

Picking me up with ease, he lays me in his bed and walks around to the other side, lying next to me. "Do you want to watch a movie or something?" I tell him yes and even lets me choose. "Hmm, how about True Blood?" He looks amused by my suggestion and puts it on.

Halfway through the first episode, a million questions begin to flood my mind. "Can I ask you something?" He pauses the show and looks at me. "Anything."

"You said you were banned from your previous pack when they found out you were a hybrid. Why? And what about your parents? Wouldn't they also be banned if they're hybrids?"

He looks upset for a moment and I immediately feel bad about bringing up the subject. "If you don't want to tel-

"Shh. I want to tell you everything about me, just as I want to know everything about you." He says with his finger against my lips.

"I never met my parents. One of the warriors from my previous pack found me in the forest during their patrol. Sensing I was a wolf, they allowed me to stay in the pack and the warrior that found me raised me as his own. It wasn't until I turned eighteen that my vampire side showed itself. It was during a rogue attack on our pack. I wanted to shift into my wolf form, but fangs came out instead once I saw blood on the ground. Grabbing the first rogue I could get my hands on, I drank their body dry. After that, I was considered a threat to the pack and was banned at once."

I sat silently, processing all of information he is telling me. My heart hearts for him, knowing that the people he considered family turned their back on him.

"I left with nothing but the shirt on my back and ran in wolf form away from the pack. I couldn't believe they turned their backs on me just like that. What hurt the most was the one who I called father all these years. He didn't blink an eye as I left or bother to say goodbye."

Josh shed a lone tear and I wiped it away from his gorgeous face.

"I ran until I reached another packs territory. I requested to speak with the Alpha and Luna to explain my situation. I assured them I was no threat and they welcomed me with open arms after a background check and such."

I hugged him and rubbed his back in a soothing matter. "I am so sorry that happened to you." Josh sighed and hugged me back. "Don't be. If that hadn't have happened, I would have never met the Silver Moon pack and know what a family truly is."
