Chapter 6: Belvoir Kingdom

We're currently outside, I dragged him out. The field is so big and it has so many different flowers. Ang ganda! This really exist in Philippines? Nasa golf course ba kami? But why is there a castle? Bakit may mga bantay na nakasuot ng white iron armor? And there are maids na parang mag cocosplay sa damit nila!
"Dane, Where are we?"
I asked while staring at the castle where we came from.
"Belvoir Kingdom."he said.
Are we on London? Pero hindi naman ganito itsura nun ah? I looked at the view around me.
"You'll know later Cleo."he said.
He seems serious so I nodded. Kuya Jasper's probably waiting for me at this hour. Dapat ay makabalik kaagad ako dahil for sure ako nanaman ang se-sermonan sa bahay.
"Queen is ready."a knight came to us.
Are they shooting a movie? Is Queen a director? Nakalimutan yata nila ako sabihan kung ano role ko at wala silang ibinigay na script.
The elevator is so different. Every corner of it is glass and you can see through the outside. Nakakalula pero the wirings are pastel color with gold touch, kumikinang kinang pa yung iba.
Ang yaman naman ng gagawa ng movie. Why did they kidnap me? I mean if hindi nila ako kinidnap then what the hell am I doing here? They took advantage on me when I lose my consciousness.
"I didn't kidnapped you. I'm returning you to the place where you really came from." sabi ni Dane.
Why is he reading my mind? Wala na akong privacy nito. Huh? Dito ba ko galing? Laki laki nito eh yung bahay namin wala pa nga sa 1/4 nito.
The biggest door I've ever seen in my life opened itself. Wow! Queen's room is bigger than our house!
"Welcome,"
A woman I think in 30's, approached us. She's even wearing a crown. Nasa taping talaga kami eh. I wonder where the Hidden cameras are.
She looked at me with teary eye, should I cry? Ano ba talaga ang role ko dito? Dapat ba paiyakin ko siya?
Lumuhod si Dane at yumuko. Ay? Hindi ako informed! I don't have any script with me.
"Kneel,"sabi niya.
"No.. no... it's fine."Queen said kaya hindi ko na ginaya si Dane. He stood up and bow once again.
"Hija alam mo ba kung bakit ka nandito?" She said.
Malamang hindi. Kaya nga ako nandito eh. Tinignan ako ng masama ni Dane kaya iniwas ko ang tingin ko at sumagot.
"Hindi po,"I said.
"Maupo ka muna," sabi niya at pinaupo ako malapit sa kanya.
May mga sweet treats sa table and a cup of tea. This must be a really expensive movie. I mean the clothing, furnitures, rooms are very detailed.
Tumalikod si Dane at nagsimulang lumabas ng kwarto.
Bwisit na Dane to! Wag mo ko iwan! Dinala dala ako dito tapos iiwan ako.
"Saglit lang ako."he mouthed dahil malayo na siya sa'kin.
"I know this is too sudden for you, but I can't wait any longer."
She sighed. What is it? Kailangan ba may linya ako kasunod nito?
"You're my long lost daughter."
I spit my tea out of my mouth and laughed. What kind of game are they playing?
I looked at her, but she looks so... serious. Okay then, Queen. Let's play your game.
"That's impossible. I might've not seen her for a very long time, but you look nothing like my mother."I said.
They can't fool me? I know who my parents are. I don't know how, but I remember their faces now. The moment that I woke up in that big room, doon ko nakita ang mukha nila. It's not blurry anymore.
How dare she lie about my mom?
"Rosalinda!"
All of us looked at the man who entered the room without knocking. He was running like he's been chased by someone.
Pinanliitan ko siya ng mata at tinignan ng mabuti. He looks very familiar. I've seen him before.
"Papa?"Tears fall down to my cheeks as I said that word.
How... is this possible? Where are we? What world are they living?
"Cleopatra..."
I felt the strong goosebumps when he uttered my name. I ran and hugged him so tightly.
My papa... he's alive. He's not dead!
"Papa she's telling me she is mom, but I don't believe her."sumbong ko na parang bata.
"She is your mom Cleo." He said.
What? He poisoned my father's head!
"She changed her face. Her face was burned down by our enemies. Long story, princess. What's important now is that you're back!"He said with excitement.
Tinignan ko siya. She keeps wiping her tears. Is he really mom? They're not lying? Nilapit ako ni papa sa kanya at niyakap niya na ako.
"I'm sorry..." I said.
The warmth of her body brings me back to the time when she used hugged me as a baby girl.
"B-Bakit hindi niyo agad ako hinanap?"
If they really love me they'd find me. Something that they're talking about.
"We know where you are and we sent our trusted people with you."
Does she mean my step parents and kuya Jasper? Did they really set it all up? They knew all this time and I believed them. I was fooled by all of them.
"Why? Do you know how hard it is to sleep and dream every night about you leaving?"Naiiyak kong sabi.
Gusto ko sabihin lahat lahat ng mga nasa isip ko pero sa sobrang dami non ay hindi ko masabi lahat.
I know they suffered pero ako din naman. They seemed fine and happy here. It's not like I wasn't happy my whole life, I was happy with kuya Jasper and my step parents pero iba pa din talaga pag kadugo mo.
Nakatingin lang sila sa'kin at walang maisagot. Pabigat ba 'ko? Kung nagstay ako sa kanila noon mas mahihirapan sila? Why didn't they show their face even just for a bit?
I have so many questions, but all of this is too overwhelming. Hindi ko na napigilan yung luha ko. Kumurap ako at lumabas ng kwarto.
