After much thought, Daniel realized he had to hold off on confronting the Nolan family for now. He thought killing Justin was something well within his ability. He declared coldly, "Alright, I'll let him off the hook today for the sake of the Nolans, but if it happens again, I'll make sure he dies a terrible death."
Seeing Daniel gesture at him, Dragonclaw stepped back wisely.
Ava noticed Daniel wasn't going to punish Justin, so she slapped her thigh in frustration and warned, "Justin, don't get too cocky. Just because Ms. Nolan saved you today doesn't mean she'll be there in the future as well!"
"My mom's right. You might get away today, but I doubt your parents will be so lucky," Emma said coldly.
"Let's not waste any more time, darling. We need to get to the church." Emma shot a malicious look at Justin, feeling uneasy. She blinded Justin's mother in the past and was now marrying Daniel, which drove Justin to fury. She wouldn't be at peace until Justin was dead, worried he might seek revenge one day.
"What did you say? Don't you dare say it again, Emma!" Infuriated by Emma's threats to his parents, Justin was ready to lash out.
Audrey rushed over and grabbed Justin's arm, saying anxiously, "Come on, do you want to die here? These people are gangsters with guns. Stop playing tough, and come with me. If you delay any longer, no one will be able to help you."
"Guns, huh?" Justin sneered, recalling his life five years ago when he ended up in prison.
During his first year inside, he met a mysterious old man who taught him a mystical technique known as the Almighty Technique.
By the second year, the Almighty Technique strengthened his body and gave him deep insights into martial arts and medicine.
In his third year, he had been on a southern battlefield, starting off as just a regular soldier. After over ten major battles, he retired with a body tough enough to withstand bullets and even car crashes.
Yet, before Justin could ponder further, Audrey pulled him into the passenger seat and sped away from the Flores Villa.
"Hah, I thought he was someone special, but he's just a coward hiding behind a woman!" As Justin left, the Flores family members began mocking him.
"That's enough. No need to get worked up over a criminal. Let's move on to the church. We can't keep the priest waiting!" Ava urged everyone, feeling annoyed and helpless.

Ring ring!
Just as Audrey drove away from the Flores Villa with Justin, her phone buzzed beside her. She picked it up. "Hello... What did you say? What? I'm heading to the hospital right now! Please, you have to save my grandpa!"
After Audrey ended the call, tears rolled down her cheeks. Justin noticed it and asked with a frown, "Is your grandfather's condition just like I said it was?"
Audrey remained silent, wiping her tears and pressing the accelerator harder toward the hospital.

Audrey rushed into Noblebliss Hospital, followed by Justin.
In the intensive care unit, a nurse was wiping blood from Cillian's mouth while calling for a doctor urgently. Cillian's condition was critical, and he could die at any moment.
Audrey's body quaked as she hurried into the room, calling out, "Grandpa! Are you okay? Where's the attending doctor? Why isn't he here yet?"
Seeing that Cillian's heart had stopped, Justin was about to intervene when a doctor rushed in, saying, "Ms. Nolan, I'm Mr. Nolan's attending doctor, Henry Carlson. I just finished a surgery, and I will treat him now!"
"You called me half an hour ago, and you still haven't started any treatment? If anything happens to my grandfather, I'll make sure all of you pay with your lives!" Audrey was frantic, fearing she might lose her grandfather.
"Okay, no problem. I'll begin treating him right away. I've checked Mr. Nolan's report; the issue is blocked blood vessels. I've seen this lots of times before and have an acupuncture method to handle it. With that, I'll clear the blockages, and he should wake up soon!" Henry quickly took out a silver needle in response to Audrey's threat.
Justin stepped forward to stop him. "Wait, Dr. Carlson! Acupuncture won't work; it will harm him. If you use that needle, Mr. Nolan will die!"
Henry's hand stopped above Cillian's chest as he looked at Justin. "Who are you? Do you know medicine? I'm a cardiopulmonary specialist. No one knows Mr. Nolan's condition better than me!"
"Mr. Nolan's problems stem from poison, not blockages. Acupuncture won't fix this!" Justin stated firmly with a serious expression.
Henry scoffed, "Ms. Nolan, I suggest you get this man out of here. Any disturbance during treatment can be fatal."
Audrey glanced at Justin, uncertain about his medical abilities and unwilling to risk her grandfather's life. She instructed expressionlessly, "Please leave."
"If you use acupuncture, it will cause great trouble. Your grandfather are poisoned. It's not a lung disease!"
"I said leave!" Audrey shouted.
"Fine, but if anything happens to Mr. Nolan, don't ask me for help!" Unable to persuade them, Justin left the room. With that, Audrey turned back to Henry, signaling him to proceed with a serious expression.
"Okay." Henry nodded, picked up the silver needle, and started the acupuncture treatment on Cillian.
After a few needles, Cillian showed some movement, his fingers twitching slightly, and he gradually opened his eyes, looking at both Audrey and Henry.
Seeing her grandfather awake brought tears of joy to Audrey's eyes. "Grandpa! You're awake! I was scared I'd never see you again..."
Seeing his granddaughter in tears, Cillian wanted to comfort her, but he suddenly coughed up blood and collapsed back onto the bed.
"Grandpa! Grandpa!" Audrey cried out in panic as she watched him lose consciousness again.
Henry's previous confident smile disappeared, his expression turning to one of confusion as he stammered, "What... What's happening? How can this be?"
