CHAPTER 18
DEVLIN
Six years ago.
Our recently acquired shipping company would have the maiden cruise today. I’ve decided to board the ship to experience firsthand and witness their operations. I took office a quarter ago and admittedly, I've got a big shoe to fill. Due to health issues, my dad's long absence from the company gives rise to incompetencies. Plus, he had so many investments like this shipping and cruise company I wished I had come much sooner to delay the acquisition. But--too late to worry about that, it was already completed when I took office.
