After Arius’ dramatic announcement to the students, we were ushered back to our dorms with the order to stay within our towers until morning. At least they were still letting the students mingle in each other's rooms, but that was no good for me. Neve was still in the hospital and the only other person I wanted to see right now was Val, which was never going to happen with her dorm being in the Black Tower.
I fell back onto my tiny bed with a huff. This was an even bigger headache than I originally thought.
