DO YOU LOVE ME?
" I will leave the two of you to talk," Jax quickly excused himself. He hoped that Cooper will sort the situation with Dorah before asking Juliana out.
Dorah was so madly in love with him and she really deserves to know the truth that Cooper feels nothing for her except friendship.
Dorah's reaction after being pushed away made Cooper see what Jax was talking about. He noticed the way Dorah thirsted and yearned for him.
He felt that this was so inappropriate. He has considered Dorah as his little sister but it turns out that Dorah wanted more.
How could she do this? Now things made sense to him. He understood why Dorah wanted to hang around him all the time. He now realises that Dorah had never had a boyfriend.
To mean that she had been waiting for him to notice her for all this year's. He was stupid not to have seen this before.
"I am sorry, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings," Cooper quickly apologized.
Dorah didn't want to ruin this night. The last thing that she wanted was to argue with Cooper.
If he is sorry for pushing her away then she has every right to forgive him.
"Can we talk in private?" Cooper asked. He wanted to address this before it gets out of hand.
"Sure," Dorah was more than happy. She knew that Cooper was finally going to ask her out.
This is going to be the best day of her life. Finally, after a long time of waiting, she will get the love that she had been craving for, all her life.
"Did you come with someone? I want us to go to my place," Cooper said.
The thought of going to his place made Dorah's heart beat at twice it's normal speed. Not only was he asking her out but he was also going to make love to her tonight.
"Did you come with someone?" Cooper had to ask again because Dorah had zoned out.
"Yes, oh, I come with Juliana. " Dorah recalled. Being together with Cooper had made her forget all about Juliana.
"Should we go now? Or you still want to hang out with her?" Cooper asked. He really wanted to clarify things with Dorah before he goes ahead to ask Juliana out for a date.
"Give me two minutes, I will be back," Dorah promised before she headed to the counter and took the drinks.
Juliana was seated just enjoying music when Dorah joined her with the wine.
" You took so long, where were you?" Juliana pretended not to be aware that she had met up with Cooper.
"Well, that is why I am here," Dorah decided to hit the nail on the head.
"Is everything okay?" Juliana asked.
"I really wanted to spend time with you but I can't do it. Cooper said that he has a suprise for me and I really have to go with him right now. I am so sorry," Dorah apologized.
"You don't have to apologize. Just go. Trust me, I will be fine," Juliana told her.
"Are you sure?" Dorah cross checked with her.
" I am sure. Go to your love, now, don't keep him waiting," Juliana urged.
" Okay. Thank you for understanding. I love you," Dorah said.
"I love you too," Juliana said before Dorah left.
Juliana was not expecting to be left alone at the club but it happened. What now? She asked herself. Dorah had already given her the wine she ordered.
Since it was supposed to be a girls night out, Juliana decided to head home. They can always reschedule.
Dorah went back to where Cooper was waiting for her. She was so happy to go and spend this night with him.
She was keen not to make Cooper interact with Juliana. Despite their friendship, Dorah felt that Juliana was a threat to their relationship. She couldn't tell why but the feeling was too much for her to resist.
Cooper interlocked his hands with hers as they walked down the street and this made Dorah feel so loved. Finally, Cooper had opened his eyes wide enough to see that she had always loved him from day one.
"So, how was your day?" Cooper asked.
" My day was okay. I spent it helping Juliana just as you asked me to," Dorah said.
The moment Dorah mentioned Juliana, Cooper could feel butterflies dancing on his stomach. He really needed to master courage to tell her the truth about what he felt for her.
"I have said that my day was fine," Dorah repeated her answer since Cooper had zoned out.
"Oh okay. I went hiking today," Cooper also decided to tell her about his day. He had chosen to start with small talk before he finally tells Dorah that he doesn't love her.
"Wow, I love hiking too. I want to be hiking with you. Please, the next time you go for a hike, don't forget to tell me," Dorah said as they walked into Cooper's house.
" Do you need anything to drink?" Cooper offered.
"No, I am okay," Dorah said.
"Um, okay. " Cooper said as they both sat at his two seater coach.
This is the closest Dorah had been with Cooper and she wished that she could reap off his shirt already.
"Dorah, I have called you here because I want you to be honest with me. I want to ask you a few questions. Will that he okay with you?" Cooper started the difficult conversation.
"Okay, it's fine with me. Go ahead and ask. What do you want to know?" Dorah implored.
"Well, what I want to know Dorah is…" Cooper paused because this was still wierd to him.
"Go on, tell me,"Dorah said.
"Okay, here it goes. Do you love me Dorah?" Cooper asked looking away and Dorah could not help but smile.
He knew that Cooper was looking away because he was shy. Now that he is shy, it means that the feeling is mutual. He loves her too.
Can this night get any better? Dorah was so excited to answer the question.
