The mind-link chat with Dad did not go as I had planned. I was a little shocked. Did he not believe me? I can’t blame him; I asked for proof when Betty told me she was a shifter. It won’t take long for people to start getting suspicious of Betty. Being able to do things no one else can, will not go unnoticed. Even many male shifters cannot do what Betty can, not even my father.
