Betty was not happy about something, but I could not work out what it was. She won against the members of the council and will be traveling with us back to that town. Knowing she can defend herself is a big relief. If I had not seen her in action, I might have had a doubt, but Betty had proved to be a strong defender and attacker. Her dragon, that is, I have yet to see her train or be in a hand-to-hand fight to know if Betty is any good in human form, but would be surprised if she was not a good fighter.
With two days for Dad to organize the wagons and get a number of warriors to organize, it would be a good time to show Betty around the palace and grounds and to take her to Nelly. I am sure she would want to see where we had stabled her and that she was getting good care.
