Ciara’s face turned pale. This isn’t what she had imagined. Seeing this Angela became worried, “Don’t worry, people like her won't come to pick up the kid in the kindergarten. But if you are worrying about this, we can always transfer the kids to another school as soon as possible.
“Why does it have to be me who will transfer my kids? I had them when I was married. Why do we have to hide them?” asked Ciara as she turns to continue with the eggs.
“Yes, why should we transfer your children? April is the one who should transfer her child. She’s the one with an illegitimate child.”
Ciara gave Angela the eggs and patted her back gently, “Let’s not include the children in our battles. They are innocent and they don’t know anything. As long as they don’t know, everything will be fine.” As she walked out of the kitchen, she couldn’t help but worry about her children. They know their mother, they’ve experienced her love, but not their dad’s. There’ll always be a void there. She can be there only as a mother and not both. She wasn’t meant to play both roles, to begin with.
“Please be obedient, don’t run around the house. Mummy will go to work in the morning, I have a report to file. I won’t be there in the morning to drive you to school but I will fetch you in the afternoon before I go to the hospital to see Arnold.” Ciara told the children before she put on her high heels, ready to leave.
Angela looked at the children, she felt uneasy, “Is it safe to leave the kids alone in the house?”
“Yes, I will make sure that the cameras are working in the living room and the front door. I will keep an eye on the cameras.”
“Oh, that’s a great idea.”
Ciara closed the door.
In the room, Olivia told Eva that he wanted to introduce a new friend to her. On his computer screen, the news about Arnold's company was on. And apparently, it was he who was behind all this.
"Let's go and play with her in the afternoon." Olivia stopped looking at the computer and said to his sister.
"Who is she?"
"That's her."
Olivia picked up a picture from the table. There was a name written on it, Yolanda.

“There’s trouble in the Arnold Company as their president was seen half-naked lying in a cage at an auction last night. This seems like something he does in his free time. A hobby. But, is he satisfied? Does this make him happy? This resulted in the heartbreaks of over 900 million girls who sought this handsome man. Is this one of his midnight hobbies?”
On the screen, it showed a picture of Jason which was taken last night. He was locked in a cage, half-naked.
Many people were commenting about the pictures, and most of them were hyping the pictures.
Sam was trembling in Jason’s office. They thought they made sure that there weren’t any pictures or videos taken. But first thing this morning a video and pictures were trending. But what was more worrying was that Jason didn't say anything, and he was watching the video.
Jason looked at the time on his computer before he turned to Sam and asked, “Has Jane reported for duty?” Sam looked nervous and sweaty. He expected his boss to say something about the video he was watching. I guess Jane being here was more important. “No, she hasn’t. She should be on her way,” he told his boss.
“Find the person who took the video and leaked it. First, make sure that it is removed from the Internet and if the video is still on the Internet after an hour, don’t bother coming to work."
Because of the video and pictures, Arnold Company became a hot topic and it had a negative impact on the company’s and Jason’s personal image. He was a public figure for God’s sake. When Sam left, Jason turned back to his computer, he wanted to find the person who posted the pictures and videos.
And now he didn't believe that that little girl was behind this whole thing alone. She must have been sent by someone else. Someone older.
I can’t find your identity yet, but soon I will. Thought Jason. His fingers moved on the keyboard, typing.

When Ciara arrived at Arnold Company she was received by a female receptionist who looked familiar.
Carol smiled and said proudly, “Arnold Company began by investing in the research and development of entertainment industries such as film and television as well as games. By doing that it gained a strong foothold in the industry in a few years. And then she continued, with pride in her voice, “But for now the main business is games.” She told her to walk to an elevator, and Ciara followed her.
“It takes hard work and dedication to get this far as a company. To create an empire.”
Talking about Jason made Carol’s face red for some reason. “Mr. Arnold is a courageous man. He thrives for excellence. That’s how he managed to build this empire.”
Surely no woman can see right through Jason. Ciara just smiled and didn’t say anything more.
Carol took her to Jason’s office, but the office was empty. She told Ciara she will back in a moment as she left to go find Jason. Ciara looked around the office and she felt a little strange. She couldn’t believe they left the office empty. She didn’t have a good memory. But when it comes to Jason, she remembered every little thing. She had been to this office years ago but she remembered everything, even the pattern of the wallpaper. She remembered a watch. She looked around for it and she saw the watch on the table. The watch was the first present she bought him. She used 500 dollars to buy the watch with her first internship stipend after graduation. She even remembered the strange looks she got from people when she gave him the gift at a party organized by his friends. She left the party in embarrassment. The next day Jason wore the watch although he seemed not to like her gift. But now this inexpensive watch looked like it was well taken care of. But then Ciara's attention was drawn by the picture in the frame. A picture of a mother and daughter. Seeing the picture of April and her daughter spoiled her mood, so she put the watch back on the table and she stopped looking around.
Carol came back a while later. “Jane, I’m sorry but Jason is in a meeting,” said Carol apologetically.
“So you’re taking me for a ride?” asked Ciara annoyed. “They ordered me to submit the report today and suddenly he’s in a meeting? Is this his way of getting back at me for delaying the report? Everyone kept telling me that this company is thirsty for talent. But can this company meet my requirements?”
“Jane, I’m sorry, but Mr. Arnold is having a meeting at the moment-” said Carol apologetically. But Ciara wasn’t patient enough to wait for her to finish. “I have a request. And I will tell you, you’ll pass the message for me.” She told her, taking out a contract from her brown favorite bag and she put it in Jason’s office.
“Tell him, if he wants me to sign the contract, he will have to give me the old house in the brown street.”
