‘Mom’s can exaggerate everything when it came to their children' was the first thought came to Chris thinking about his mom.
Shaking his head, Chris served food himself and started eating his dinner.
As usual, he lost himself in his mom’s cooking and ate happily. After eating he did the dishes himself.
Since his mom liked quiet environment, he didn’t appoint many servants in his villa…so the mom and son pair did their own works themselves.
After finishing the dishes , he headed to his bedroom on the second floor.
Entering his room, he began to undress himself lazily and headed to the bathroom while taking his night dress.
After a long hot bath, he felt energized and refreshed. He came out of the bathroom with drying his wet hair.
When his hair was dried, he headed to his study to do his pending work. He made as much less noise as possible in fear of waking up his mom.
If his mom caught him working again late, he won’t be hearing the end of her nagging..
He had a moderate study room where he did his extra works in home. He went straight to his large rolling chair and began sorting his files.
First he reviewed the Lorenz group’s financial report file. It was already submitted late, so he didn’t want to delay more time on his side.
So he quickly sorted out the needed things and made corrections wherever needed.
He signed all the documents which needed his immediate response and closed and saved all the files in his computer and headed back to his bedroom.
When he went inside his room, the room was illuminated by the bright light of moon which was coming from the balcony’s glass door.
He went out and lighted a cigarette and thought about what his mom told about getting married.
It’s not like he didn’t like girls or didn’t like the idea of getting married. It’s just he didn’t had time.
Inorder to become successful, he concentrated his full focus on his studies and worked hard to get the best academic results.
When he started his business, inorder to make it successful, he had to work even more. He didn’t get all these wealth and fame easily. He earned them..
Between all these, he didn’t had time for his personal relationships. He didn’t bother to think about dating.
He thought of going with the flow of time. When the right time comes, his other half would come to him automatically.
He earned for pure and honest relationship like his parents had. He want that sort of happy life he had when he was a child.
A happy home with his mom, sister and a caring wife. Maybe few children in the future.
Coming home to a happy home with warm smile of his wife and laughter of their children to welcome him was always what he dreamed of.
Thinking of the possible heart warming future, Chris slept with a small smile on his lips.
Early morning, the sun’s first ray of light came through the curtains which was not drawn closed yesterday night, illuminating the room.
Due to the sun’s rays, the room was painted in a gorgeous light orange hue, creating a magical atmosphere.
Outside the balcony, you could hear the birds chirping happily from the garden. Chris woke up to those beautiful sounds of nature.
Since it was mid autumn, the morning breeze was slightly cold, bringing a slight shiver on touching the skin.
Chris woke up and sat on his bed upright , enjoying the morning rising sun's view.
The sun was slightly higher near the horizon and kept a steady rising pace.
Chris enjoyed such natural views.. he appreciated even small things, as his mom told him that we should appreciate small things and those things would bring greater happiness.
While resting against the headboard of his bed, he realized how true his mom’s words were.
He watched till the sun came up fully up in the horizon and rejoiced in its beauty.
Soon he got up and started getting ready for his office.
He headed straight for his bathroom and did his daily Heath routine and hit his personal gym, he had in his villa…
he firmly believed that healthy habits are the key to sharp brain and healthy body. So he worked out regularly.
Due to his regular workouts and jogging, he had a body which would put even the mister world models to shame..
he had a six pack, and a well defined body with right amount of muscles and flesh in the correct places,without an ounce of extra fat.
He worked out for an hour and went back to his room.
He took a fast shower and came out drying his wet hair.
He was wearing only a towel around his hips. It was a sight to see.*drooling moment* Women would drool over his body if they saw him now.
It’s not like they wouldn't drool over him when he was dressed. But come on, half naked men were the object of women’s fantasies from olden days.
He walked into his walk-in closet and chose a crisp white dress shirt and navy blue suit to go with it. He took a black tie to complete his look.
After combing his hairs and checking that he took everything he needed for today’s meetings, he headed down the stairs.
When he reached downstairs, he was greeted by his mom’s melodic humming and fresh smell of baking.
Automatically he went towards the kitchen to see that his mom was taking the freshly baked bread from the microwave and setting it on the dining table. He went towards her…..
