Cole's POV
I hug Maria lifting her off the ground catching her off guard. A moment later she finally hugs me back. She holds me tighter than ever.
"Thank Goodness, you are alive!!" I almost scream in happiness as I pull away from the hug.
"What? You thought I was dead? Why am I in this trunk anyway? A stupid wooden arrow almost went through my chest! Whose f****d up driving is this??" Maria clearly seems displeased.
"What? You don't remember how you ended up here?" I ask her.
