Chapter 7

"Harris, Andrew, Kyle, and Lee"

"You need to back off of  Alpha Garrett. Regardless of how you feel about him being human. He is our Alpha's Mate and doesn't seem like he is going anywhere." Andrew said looking at a pissed-off Harris.

"He is not good enough for her. What is he going to do if she needs his help to fight? Nothing, not a damn thing." Harris said looking at each of the guys.

"Harris, I agree with Andrew. You do not want to make any of the Alpha's mad. Besides Garrett is more than meets the eye." Lee said nodding his head.

"Don't underestimate him. We all know that you do not want to be on Honor's bad side. She is already pissed off about the hunters. Don't let her take her anger out on you. Because you are messing with her Mate."  Kyle said looking at Harris

"You three are talking crazy. Garrett is not going to do a damn thing to me." Harris said

"We are not the one talking crazy. You  didn't say that when he told you off yesterday." Kyle said still looking at Harris.

"So don't come to me talking about Alpha Garrett. I don't want to hear anything or have anything to do with anything you are thinking about doing. Garrett is cool and also our Alpha now." Andrew said walking off.

"Well, Harris it seems like you are on your own," Lee said as he and Kyle walk off.

Harris is standing there looking at Andrew, Lee, and Kyle walking off shaking their heads. "I am not giving up yet. There must be someone here that agrees with me." Harris is thinking.

"Jay, Angela, and Bridget"

"Calm down Jay. I know you want to kill Garrett's father. But you can't for now." Angela said rubbing circles in his back. 

"That bastard f****d with our daughter's life. What gives him the right to do that? That was some f****d up s**t. " Jay yells.

"Because he knows that Honor is going to kill him. I didn't tell her or Garrett that. Because right now I didn't know how he would feel knowing that his Mate is going to kill his father." Bridget said looking at any and Angela

"Pumpkin is going to have to kill him before I do," He said looking at Angela

"You need to calm down before they arrive. " Angela said laying her head against his chest.

"The Luna is right. Let Honor and Garrett deal with him. You will be needed to  fight the other hunters." Bridget said

"Well, I guess I better work with him harder. Make sure he is ready for what's coming at us. Garrett is already one hell of a fighter." Jay said nodding his head looking at Honor and Garrett walking into the room.

"What are you two doing?" Angela asks looking at them.

"Nothing we just came back from jogging. Going upstairs to cook dinner." Honor said looking at her mother.

Garrett's phone rings. He looks at the caller Id. It's Jared.

"It's Jared. I wonder what is he calling for." Garrett said as he is putting the call on speaker. 

"Phone Conversation" 

Garrett: Hello

Jared: Hey man, how is everything going?

Garrett: It's good. What about you?

Jared: I was wonder if it would be alright if I stop by to see your new place? I was thinking about you earlier and I realized that I don't even know where you live.

Garrett: Right now it's not a good time. Honor and I are planning a romantic dinner tonight. Maybe one day next week. We will invite you over to dinner. 

Jared: Okay man. I will talk with you later.

Garrett: Later man

"End of call"

"We will invite him to the house in town," Honor said wrapping her arms around him.

"Good idea. I would like to see him. Maybe we can figure out what his motive is. He has never wanted to go anywhere to visit. Not unless there are girls involved. " Garrett said looking at Honor.

"If he is up to something we will find out. Let's hope he not. Because if he is then I will have to kill him." Honor said as she and Garrett are walking toward the elevator

"Okay," Garrett said nodding his head as they are getting on the elevator.

"Jared"

Jared hangs up.  "Might as well get this over with"  He mumbles as he calls Jackson. 

"Phone Conversation"

"Jackson: What did you find out?

Jared: I am having dinner with them next week. They are having a romantic dinner tonight. Garrett sounds happy. Maybe we should be happy for him.

Jackson: Not until I find out more about Honor. So you need to keep at him. 

Jared: Garrett is my best friend. I am tired of lying to him.

Jackson: Until we know more about his girlfriend my advice to you is to be quiet.

"End of Call

Jackson hangs the phone up on Jared.

"If he was not my father's best friend I would tell him a thing or two." Jared is thinking as he walks into Chris's house.

Chris and Xavier are cleaning their guns.

"Please do not tell me that you two are going back out there," Jared said looking at the two men. As he sits down.

"Not this week. Jackson called my father they want to go hunt that big ass beast down. They even made a $5,000 bet on which one will kill that thing." Chris said shaking his head.

" I have been thinking that I am done with that life. I have the strangest feeling that if I continue that I might not live to have a  wife and kids."Jared said

"After seeing Wilbur die the way did. I have been thinking about the same thing. We are too young to die." Xavier said looking at Chris.

"Last night I told my father I was done. He threatened to put me out of the house and take my inheritance away. He said some men are going out tomorrow night. " Chris said shaking his head.

"Damn, just get a job. You can stay in my parent's house unit you find something. That is if you want out of this life. Don't take your ass out there. I have a bad feeling about it." Jared said looking at him.

" Okay, So do I. Have you told Marty yet? " Chris asks Jared.

"No, not yet. But I have more time.  Since he is in Florida. He can't keep up with my whereabouts.

"He is going to go the slap off. You know how he feels about those things." Xavier said

"I just want a normal life.  Like Garrett has with his girl," Jared said nodding his head.

"Honor and Garrett"

"OH MY GOD, "Honor  moans as she cum

"Damn, Babydoll," Garrett said as he c*m. He is still holding her in his arms against the wall.

Honor is looking at him smiling. As he slides her to the floor.

Garrett sits down on the chaise in their bedroom.

She sits on his lap.

"Babydoll, I need you to listen to me. Don't say anything until I am finished. Okay?" He said looking at her. "Regardless of who the hunters are they need to die. I don't care if it's my father or friend. You, our pack or me will not be tormented by those assholes. My father can be a mean-ass jerk. Do not take any smack off of him. He will try to push your buttons.  He likes to try to figure out people's weaknesses. So he can use them or that against them.  When we are fighting, we fight side by side. We are as one and fully mated now. We kill and kick asses. Nobody will tear us apart, we are a part of each other. Those that don't like it. That's their problem." Garrett said looking at her

"Okay,"  Honor said laying her head against his chest.
