Issac
I walked alone through the corridor of the school Courtney had returned yesterday. We weren't in the same class due to there being two classes to each year. Simone and the girls were with her taking care of her after her trip to hospital. Me and the guys were together all day until break and lunch which we shared with the girls, but we had decided to stay away cause they were clearly mad at us all not just one of us for what had happened to Courtney. I wasn’t expecting them just to show up like that and have Simone question me about mine and Courtney’s relationship the truth was I really liked her, but I couldn’t face the wrath from my brother and my friends, especially my brother he would’ve teased me to no end about me having a crush on the new girl in the school, but I wasn’t the only one, Bryce Feldman had his eye in her too they were close they were always laughing and joking around and it pained me.
I was jealous and couldn’t wait to spend as much time as possible with her. I made a simple mistake that cost me that and my friendship with her. I’m not allowed to go anywhere near her as long as her brother and his friend are around, and attending this school which they will all finally leave in the summer. I can’t wait to begin year six and tell her how sorry I am and I want us to be friends again. I’m lost without her. She is my rock, my angel, my kitten. I will promise her this will never ever happen again and I will vow to take care of her and I won’t let anyone bully her like Ashton Barraman does. He’s such a jerk he needs to be put down a peg or two then maybe, just maybe he’ll see her for the girl she really is instead of making her out to be the devil when the only devil around here is him.
The shouting alerted me as I walked out of the boys toilets.
“I’m not finished with you leech.”
“Leave me the hell alone Barraman you’ve done enough damage.”
“And I’ll do more, you pathetic weak excuse of a human being.”
“Leave me the hell alone!’ She screamed.
‘Not until you show your true colours and stop lying to everyone.”
“I’m not, I'm not you!”
He grabbed her. I should really stop this but I’ve been warned to stay away from her. “You're a sad and pathetic leach you want everyone to like you when all they do is pity you. Even your own brother pity’s you!”
“You’re lying!”
“I never lie, I'm not you!’ He mimicked. “Tucker feels sorry for you he doesn’t give a damn about you! You’re nothing but a leach, a lying manipulating leach, pity no one can see it behind your fake face but me.”
“You’re delusional Asher. Now leave me alone.”
“I will leave you alone if you leave my friends alone.”
“Tell them to leave me alone. I can do this dump without them. It’s not my fault they like me better than you!”
He pushed her down onto the floor. Starting at her. “You’ll tell my friends you're not interested in being their friends, especially Bryce. You hear me leech? if you don’t think things are going to be much worse than today.” He said, keeling down, slapping her face. “Glad we understand one another sheep.” He pulled himself up walking away. She lay almost motionless crying then she started convulsing. s**t this isn’t good. I ran over to her. “Courtney, kitten it’s me Isaac.” Her eyes rolled shut. What should I do?
Recovery position and make sure she doesn’t swallow her tongue. I put her into the recovery position kneeling down next to her. “It’s going to be okay kitten.” I said unsure where everyone was.
“Oh my god Courtney.”
I looked up, thank god. “Sim get the nurse.”
“What happened?”
“Don’t ask questions get the nurse.”
“Okay just don’t panic, I'll go get her, Eva and Aria stay with Isaac whilst I get the nurse.”
They nodded, and Simone ran down the hall. “Everything is going to be alright Issac.”
“I hope so.”
The minutes seemed so long. Simone finally came down the corridor with the nurse who examined and called the hospital for an ambulance. “You did well young man to stay with her and also put her in the recovery position.”
I nodded if I’d got here quicker there wouldn’t be any need for an ambulance. I'd have decked Ashton and made sure she was okay if she let me.
Damn I have to tell her brother.
The paramedics ran down the corridor, asking questions then asked. “Are you family?”
“No her brother is in year six damn I never told him.”
“It’s okay Issac I did.” Ava said.
Two boys ran down the corridor and boy did they look mad. “Courtney.”
The paramedics looked at Tucker. “Are you her brother?”
“I am.”
“Your mother needs to be contacted and you are allowed in the ambulance.”
“Mom’s working right now, she’s a nurse at the hospital.”
He nodded. “We best get going.’”
“What happened?’”
“She may have had a panic attack or an epeliptic fit we won’t know until we get her to the hospital and she gets tested.’”
He nodded and followed behind them down the corridor.
I felt eyes burning into the back of my skull.
“What did you do? You were told not to go anywhere near her.”
“I didn't. I swear.”
“So what happened?”
