Courtney I slowly opened my eyes and squinted, having no recollection of what had happened the night before. My head was banging like a bass drum. What the hell was in that punch? God. I needed some paracetamol and stat. I groggily pulled my aching body up and out of Issac's arms. I didn't even remember how we had ended up on the floor sleeping. I shrugged walking jelly legged into the kitchen searching for some paracetamol and a glass for some water. "Here I think you're in need of these more than me." A gruff voice said. I turned looking into his sea blue eyes. He was at least six foot with tattoos all over his arms. I kinda remembered him from last night, though I just couldn't remember the guy's name for s**t. Ace had introduced me to all of his friends. Were they still all here? He smirked, pushing his hands forward. "Take these, they'll make you feel better." I eyed them suspiciously. "They're just painkillers hun." I nosed. I hoped what he said was true, taking them off him, hesitantly. "Thanks." He smiled as I popped them into my mouth, swallowing them with the water placing the glass down. Mouse "I'm Mouse " "Courtney." He smiled. "But you can call me Hunter. Mouse is the nickname my dumb friends gave me cause I don't speak all that much." She smiled. "Well in that case you can calm me Court if you like. Most of my friends call me that, apart from Issac." "Noted." I looked at her. "So I'm your friend now?" I asked, grinning. "If you like. You don't seem as obnoxious as Ace and your other friends." I chuckled, she had no idea. "Glad to know." I paused. "So tell me your secret hun. How the hell did you beat the master? I mean Ace, no one has ever beaten his ass at snooker before?" She had a sinister smirk playing in her lips "With lots of practice." "Come on hun, that's bull s**t and we both know it." She edged closer. "I'll let you into a secret so you best not tell anyone." "My lips are sealed." She edged closer to my ear so no one else would hear her. "Ace taught me everything he knew." Sneaky little s**t. I grinned. Ace "What the hell Mouse!" Both mouse and Courtney looked at me, shocked and surprised. I walked sleepily into the kitchen to find them whispering and looking too damn close for comfort. "Well good morning to you too." "What the hell is going on?" "Nothing. I was just getting to know our guest." "Well, don't she doesn't need your s**t Mouse." "What s**t?" I ain't don't nought?" "You know damn well what you idiots done! You got five teenagers s**t faced." Courtney stood observing us. "That wasn't me, it was Rush. I tried to stop him." "You didn't try hard enough!" "You know Rush, Ace, once he's got something in his head." "What's going on?" Isaac groaned, walking in. Great, just great. "We're all trying to sleep, what's all the commotion?" "Nothing, go back to sleep." "Little hard when your shouting can wake the whole neighbourhood." He walked over to Courtney, slipping his arms around her waist kissing her cheek. Great here we go again. "Why are you just here kitten?" I rolled my eyes. "I have a massive headache and I came in to get some pain relief. Mouse got me some, then Ace went off in a bender." He looked at us and if looks could kill we'd be dead right now. "Thank you. much appreciated." Mouse said, irritated. I guess he didn't like Isaac either. Issac glared. "I don't appreciate you talking to my girl." Oh oh. "Like I give two shits. She has her own mind you know. She can talk to whoever she likes, you don't own her!" "And you're old enough to be her brother!" "How is that even possible? As just recall her brother is in the same year as Lawrence's. "She has an older brother, dip s**t. He'll have you both by the balls if he knows either of you are trying to hit on her!" Me and Mouse both burst out laughing. "Your girl is cool and everything, but just fing do minors." Ashton "Well, hello people!" My brother said happily what goes hell Lawrence my head is pounding and you're doing you happy s**t. "Urgh. What's the time?" "Almost eleven come on. Rise and shine. " "How can you be this happy?" "I'm always this happy.' "Sure whatever wake me up around five " "Oh no I don't think so you lot are helping me tidy this s**t tip up before we head to Ace's." "Graat." I muttered sarcastically. True to his word Lawrence had woken the entire house up mist had cold buckets of water tipped off them. I had to laugh. My brother's antics never seemed to get old. After we'd dressed and tidied up the house we set off to Ace's. I'm never drinking ever again. Lawrence knocked on the door and it was opened by a half awake half asleep someone who looked like we felt. "Gee honey you look like shit." "Love you too." She grumbled allowing us to come. She closed the door looking over the sea of bodies laying flat out on the floor great. Angry voices echoed from the kitchen. "Wake up pepes we have a lot going on today. Before the olds come home." They all groaned as the arguing got louder. This I've got to see. I stepped around and over those who were sleeping. Ace looked vexed, Issac was holding Courtney tightly to her, the dark haired was taking the brunt of it. "I warned you I wanted none of your s**t at my house!" "Chill ace or was a joke." "A pretty sick one." The red head mumbled. "Shut the f'k up mouse! You didn't do s**t to stop it." "You weren't listening to never f'n listen. Grow the F'k up." "It was a few drinks.: "You poured a whole bottle of vodka into the punch Rush. How's that a little?" "Oh give it a break, will you!" Then the guy looked at Ace. This was so comical I couldn't look away. "How the hell did a fourteen year old chick even beat you at snooker?" "I'll tell you how?" Their heads all snapped toward me. "How?" I grinned. Ace glaring daggers warning me to keep it shut. As if this was class. "He let her beat him." "That was once." "You let a girl beat you? You must be losing your touch Ace!" He mused "I said it was once." "It was. We made him play her again to make sure if fair, boy was she pissed that he'd let her win. So they had another fame and she won fair and square. So don't think for a second he'd ever make that mistake again right Ace?" My brother questioned. "I'm not going to be on the wnde of this tigress wrath ever again. "Good, now that's over and done with how's about introductions."
