Monday
Bryce
I was beyond angry l I know I shouldn’t be she was my friend but I felt an overwhelming feeling to protect her from predictors and this Issac happened be one of them; I know we have acquired a bad name over the last few years because of being friends with Ashton he was a bad boy and everyone around thought we were like him too just cause we were all friends so in the end we just let them believe what the hell they wanted to. We were never out of trouble so what the hell. But this guy oozed bad boy and she couldn’t even see it. He was way too flirtatious for a ten year old, yeah he was ten we all knew how old he was he was the eldest in their year and he knew it. He flaunted it. We were almost eleven Ashton was turning eleven in the Christmas hols amd me in January we were all in our last and final year of junior school whereas they were in there second but last but I didn’t care I liked Courtney she was a ray of sunshine an Angel between all of us devils, she was naive and everyone knew it, especially this guy I was going to have word south him if only I could find him. He was nowhere to be seen and I was getting frustrated.
Finally he was walking alone. I walked towards him he had a smirk on his face one I wanted to wipe off with my fist.
I pushed him up against the wall. It shook as his back connected with it. He looked stunned. “What the hell dude?!”
“I’ll say this once and once only stay the hell away from Courtney. Do I make myself clear?”
“Bryce is it? Well let me tell you something for nothing Courtney is my friend and there is no way in hell I’m going to stay away from her because of the likes of you. You don’t scare me.”
“I will believe me.”
He laughed. “Whatever dude. I have better places to be than argue with you.”
“I won’t be the only one arguing with you. Her brother will be the next one to tell you to stay away, so I suggest you do just that.”
“Not a chance.” He said, pushing himself away from me. “Courtney is my friend neither you or her brother will ever stop me being just that.” He said huffing storming away.
“Well you best stop flirting around her and making her feel uncomfortable, or you’ll be sorry.&
“Whatever dude.” He said before turning the corner.
I headed off to meet my friends in the cafeteria. “Where the hell have you been Bryce?”
“I had something to take care of.”
They nodded and I got my lunch sitting down.
Issac
The nerve of the guy Courtney was my friend if she was that bothered about how I acted around her I’m sure she would say. I can’t help that I’m a friendly guy. I got my lunch and sat by my friends still very much annoyed that the i***t had ruined my good mood.
“What’s with the face Issac? You look like someone kicked you in the nuts.”
“It feels like that.” I sighed.
“Who said what to you Issac? You’re usually all smirks and bad pickup lines.”
“Am I really that bad?’” I asked.
They both nodded.
Great even my friends thought I was a good for nothing.
“Chill Isaac that’s why we like you. You don’t give a damn and you just act, well you.”
“Am I a flirt?”
They laughed. “We wouldn’t have you any other way.”
They looked at me seriously. “Why do you even ask?”
“That bum Bryce told me to stay away from Courtney and stop flirting with her, cause she didn’t need a guy like me around her.”
“Woah dude that’s heavy.”
“I know.” I sighed. “Did it really come off that bad the weekend?”
They shook their heads in agreement. “It did.”
“Great. Just great. I'm going to lose another friend.”
“No you’re not, dude. If she had a problem with it she would’ve said.”
“Would she?”
“I’m sure she would.”
“I hope so. I like her and I don’t want to lose another friend because I’m me.”
“I’m sure you won't. Issac she’s cool and she’ll understand it's just part of your personality.”
“I sure hope so.”
Theo tapped me on the shoulder reassuring me before we continued with our lunch.
“Oi you!”
I turned great just great first the hench man now the organ grinder, what did I do to deserve this? “Yes!” I snapped. I'd had enough of these guys already.
He pushed me towards the wall. I stumbled and he punched me, what the hell? “Stay away from my sister! she doesn’t need friends like you.”
“Not again, not you too.”
He looked at me dumbfounded. “Like I told your friend. Me and Courtney are friends and neither you or him are going to stop me from being so leave me alone.”
“Stay away from my sister. She deserves better friends than you.”
“Well she deserves a better brother than you, but I guess we’re both out of luck.”
“What the hell did you say?”
“I said she deserves a better brother than you.”
His punch came hard and fast my head snapped to the side boy was I mad. He went to throw another and I retaliated by punching him square in the face. Soon we were in a full blown fight being pulled away from each other and heading to the headmasters office great just great my mom’s going to kill me just cause this i***t couldn’t bear the truth.
