Summer holidays pt 2

Issac I couldn’t wait for tomorrow to come. I haven’t seen my friends for the past few days since heaven's start to open. I haven't seen Courtney in a week. A little birdie told me that Bryce had been staying over so I had spent the first three days of this week Courtney had been seen trading to Simone’s House big we'd all decided not to go around and give the girls some girl time as we'd all been practically been alm together for most if the holidays until the Mendez's went to Mexico for two weeks. They came back almost two weeks ago. We'd spent some time with Courtney and she gave us all souvenirs. I gwd mine around my neck. It was a necklace symbolising friendship. We had all got one. Tomorrow will be the beginning of year seven we'd all be entering highschool and I for one was cracking my wack. What I'd we were all separated? What if we all found new friends and we drifted apart from one another? I hoped not they weren't just my friends, they were my family. Ashton God I hated the damn rain. It hadn't stopped in days at least we wouldn't have to go to school for the first few days the year sevens would be in, getting used to their new surroundings, lessons and teachers. I really wasn't looking forward to it. Courtney and he'd friends would be there. I finally thought I had gotten rid of her. But she just fad tl her to our high school too. I hadn't seen her around the house much when we went over to play games on the Xbox. She was either out with her friends or stuck in her room. Good, I would rather not see her face though I knew she could go anywhere she liked in the house and I couldn't do anything about it cause she lived there. I didn't like her and had every intention of not liking her. I had no idea why I despised her as much as I did. All my friends seemed to think she was cool, except me. I just couldn't grasp her liking. I thought she was a leech and would always rely on Tucker for everything and that pissed me off even more than having to look at her face. I was not at all looking forward to her starting at our school. Why couldn't and start another high school? There were plenty out there so why ours? Tucker It was getting closer to the day we were all going to return to school. Mom wanted me to walk Courtney there so knew where it was. I grinned in annoyance because I had plans and I wasn't going to break them. "It's okay mum I'm walking with my friends. There's no need for Tucker to walk no there." 'Are you sure Courtney?" "Quiet sure mom. Let Tucker lay in I'm sure he'd gir better things to do than babysit me. besides we've already been to our new highschool mum. We'll go fine." "Only if you're sure." "I am mom." I looked at Courtney, who winked. What was she up to? Mom walked out if the room and Courtney turned. "You owe me one. " "Hugh?" "I know you're meeting your friends at the same time I'm handing out to school. So you owe me" "So your friends aren't needing up with you?" "Oh there are. But, you still owe me one." She said, smirking, walking away. Oh she's good. As it was still raining I asked Courtney to play a few games on the xbox and watch some dvds which she agreed to. After supper Courtney went to her room. She'd been quiet most of the day. I knocked on her door. "It's open " I speeded in. "Everything okay sis? You've been really quiet all day." She looked at me. "I'm scared Tucker " "There's no need to be " 'What if no one likes me? What if everyone is like Ashton?" I sighed walking over tk her bed sitting next to her, placing my arm around her. "I know how you feel sis, I was like it on my first day to, well the whole week. But everything turned out okay for me and it will for you too. Not everyone is like Ash sand night bf but the majority aren't. You have nothing to worry about sis. You're a really likable girl, trust me you'll be fine and have lots of friends." "Thanks Tuck." "Anytime." I stayed with Courtney watching dvds until she finally fell to sleep and I snuck out of hef room to mine. "You know that was really great of you Tucker I'm proud of you." "Hugh." I turned around to see my mom smiling. "Mom." Shf smiled. "You're turning into a really amazing young man Tucker. I didn't mean to listen to your conversation earlier with Courtney, but I'm glad I did. She really looks up to you and what you said just guss to prove you are growing up just as I hoped you would. I hope you continue to take care of your sister like you do now." "I'll try mom." She smiled and ruffled my messy hair. I groaned. "Goodnight Tucker." “Night mom." She smiled walking away. I walked into my room smiling and vowed I would protect my sister at any cost.
