Chapter : Eight

Hugo's Pov

It was finally time for our date and I was far to excited to see her. I wanted Iris in my arms. After our very intimate moment earlier, I had been far to excited for our date. I wanted her in my arms, just me and her together alone. I had the perfect place in mind and I couldn't wait to show her.

Finally getting home, I ran straight to my room to get ready for our date. With everything happening in my pack, this date was the perfect thing to keep me distracted from everything else happening. I finally began to get ready.

Before I knew it, time had quickly flown over and it was finally time to go and pick Iris up for our date. I decided on wearing a suit. I prayed that she would like what she saw. I got in my car and made my way to her house, well up the road from her house as she didn't want me to go straight there because of her family.

I decided to go on my phone as I waited for her. Time seemed to now go ridiculously slowly waiting. I was nervous about seeing her, I could feel them building up, a mixture of nerves and excitement ran throughout my body.

After about five more minutes of waiting for her, I saw a girl walking down the street towards my car and I instantly froze. She is beautiful. I quickly regained my self and got out of the car to greet her.

As she got to me I quickly wrapped her up in my arms giving her a hug, I moved my lips towards her ear taking a moment to take her in.

"You are breathtaking", I breathed out to her. She was affecting my body and I think she knew that, as well as, she backed away slightly to look up at me still in my arms.

"Thank you, Hugo." She said softly, with a small smile on her lips.

I let go of her and walked her around to the passenger side of the car to open her door for her. "My lady", I bowed, earning a giggle of her which only made me want her now. Oh, how this was going to be hard to control myself.

As she took her seat, I quickly ran to my side and got in, starting up the engine and began to drive to where our date was going to be. I hoped that she would enjoy this.

After about twenty minutes of driving we were coming up to some woods and I parked up near a bunch of trees, turning off the engine and facing her.

"I need you to do me a favour." I told her turning myself to face her.

"What is it?" She asked with a smile forming on those lips of her.

"You have to put this on" I told her, handing over a blindfold for her to put on, I didn't want her to see it straight away.

"Oh god, you're going to kill me instead, aren't you?" She questioned trying to be serious, but that smile never left.

"Well now you've ruined what I was going to do" I joked with her, earning a giggle. I got out of the car and opened her door for her to get out as well, closing it behind her.

I put the blindfold on as gently as I could without hurting her. "You ready?" I questioned and earned a nod in reply. I began to slowly walk her so she wouldn't fall over and get herself dirty. After a few minutes we finally stopped, I couldn't wait for her reaction.

I slowly took off her blindfold and she took a moment to regain her eyesight back. I never once took my eyes off her. As she looked around to where we were, I could tell she was stunned at everything I had done and where we were.

"Hugo, this is beautiful" She said, looking around.

Our first was at this beautiful lake surround by trees, I had a huge blanket laid out on the floor with loads of different foods and candles surrounding us, lights hanging from trees. It truly did look beautiful, and it was deserved for a beautiful girl.

"Come on" I took a hold of her hand and walked us over to the picnic.

"This looks magical Hugo, Im impressed, Ive never been on a date like this before" She paused, "Well nevermind a date at all if im being honest" She finished. Now it was my time to be amazed that shed never been on a date.

"Well, I am glad that I got to be the first one and make it magical at that." I told her with a huge smile that was definitely not leaving my lips anytime soon. As time passed, we got to know each other and I felt more connected with her on a whole new level. This had been a perfect evening.

"So what is it like with family? Do you have any siblings?" I questioned, I wanted to know more about her family life. It was so important to me as my family were all so close to each other. The question seemed to have a different reaction as she shifted her whole body as if it was uncomfortable.

"Erm, yeah I have two brothers actually. Theyre uh, both older than me and have mates as well." She opened up, pausing for a moment to look out at the lake.

"My mom passed away when I was really young so I dont really remember much about her. Its only been me, my brothers and father." She finished going silently not once looking at me. I could sense that there was something wrong about her family, which only made me want to know more about it.

I decided against finding out more and decided on changing the topic which she looked relieved about. With time I would find out more.

"Well, since were here theres something I wanted to ask you." I told her catching her full attention again. She looked at me dead in the eyes,

"What is it?" She asked waiting for me.

"Now that we know we are mates, I wanted to ask you if you would be willing to move into the pack house with me and be my luna?" I paused looking at her and taking a hold of her hands in mine.

"At some point you will move in with me and become my Luna anyway, so why not just make it happen now. Since meeting you, Ive wanted you with me all the time, I want you in my arms when we fall asleep to when we wake up, I want to be able to call you my Luna and make it offical with my pack." I finished off waiting for her reply.
