(1:28 am) "You're still awake." Violet's thought was interrupted when she heard Abby's voice. She heard Abby's footstep heading towards her just a while ago. But she didn't know that she would talk to her. She was currently standing at the balcony of the music room that was facing the open field. She stared at nothing particularly as she drink wine. "And you are too." Violet replied to her before she drink the wine on her hand. Not even turning to face her Bestfriend. "Where did you go yesterday?" Abby asked. Intently looking at her while leaning in the door frame. "You seem agitated when you came home. You didn't even got to work this morning." she added. Violet sighed before she speak. "I don't need to go to work everyday. I'm the boss, In case you forgot." She said. Intentionally ignoring the first and second sentence of Abby. And the latter knew why. She had a feeling that it was about her mate again. Well, who would it be then? Abby walk from the door and go beside her. She get to watch the silence of the night while her hands on the railings before she turned and face Violet, crossing her arms. "You did see her again, didn't you?" She asked. Violet just took a sip of her wine and didn't response. She didn't know what to say. She did see her again. She went to see her actually. She wanted it. Even though she would just stare for a while. But then it didn't end well. ************* (Wednesday l 6: 54 pm) Violet run as fast as she can. Heading towards the direction she took when she went here. "You're so stupid." She's scolding herself again for a ninth time as she runs. She scared off her mate again. Though it wasn't intentional this time. She just wanted to stop the viper snake that was crawling towards her mate. She would be dead if it came to her and bit her. That's why her protective mode kicked in and she just leaped out from the bushes without realizing that she supposed to be hiding. Her intention was to scared off the snake, yes she did and it actually scurried away, as well as her mate too. She took off right away as soon as she heard her mate scream and run back to her house. She still remembered the terror in her eyes. She can't deny that it was hurting her. Her plan to be discreet as she could didn't go well. But despite all of it, she had gained something good though. She heard it when the other woman said when she was still near enough to hear them. Skye. That's the name of her mate. *************** "You chose it, Violet." Violet's line of thoughts was distracted again when Abby talked. She looked at her direction this time. Knowinh full well what she was talking about. "You just had two options. To be with her or not to be with her. If you already chose the latter, you should stand up for it. And that says that you should not think about or go see her. As simple as that, Violet. Because if you break that rule, I swear it would be too hard for you to resist and forget about her." Abby said, and there's a little scowl on her face. Clearly not agreeing from Violet's decisions. "I know." Was Violet's reply before she fmturned to face the open field below them and drink her wine. Casually ignoring her bestfriend. She can sense her Bestfriend glare as she drinks. There was silence for a while then she heard Abby huffed. "Don't be too hard to yourself, Violet." She said before she walk away from the balcony and got out of the room. Well, deserves it. That what she thought. ************* (Friday) "What the?" Skye muttered when she took a turned in the alley way. It was quarter to eight in the morning. And she was about to go back to the diner where Maddison and Levi were waiting for her. The two invited her to eat breakfast to the best diner in town. Levi just wanted to treat her, thanking her for reconsidering her decision to leave. She didn't accept the offer at first but then Levi insisted. When she finished their breakfast, Skye told Maddie she's just gonna wander around the town center for a while since the couple were still haven't done talking to the owner of the diner that is Levi's friend actually. That is what she said to Maddison but the real reason was because she wanted to have a cup of coffee from the coffee shop she wanted to go the other day. Maddison prohibited her to drink coffee since she gets palpitations. So was just sneaking out to have some without her knowing. She tried to get back as fast as she could when she finished her coffee. Not wanting to left behind, though Maddison wouldn't leave her. But she would definitely find her if she didn't get back in time. So she took the path on the long narrow alley way thinking it was a shortcut. But she thought wrong as she took the second turned on the left. It was dead end. There were nothing there but walls of the buildings and garbages. She scolded herself and turned around to go back to the side walk. But as she did, she stop her tracks when there's a man standing on her way, a couple of meters apart. Looking at her in a different way. "What does a gorgeous lady doing in this side of the town?"
