(They arrives to the hospital. Daddy comes down from the car to open the back down for Mama Yemisi to lead Iyawo to the hospital. Mama Yemisi leads Iyawo inside the hospital where that nurses collected her from Mama Yemisi and leads her to the ward.)
Daddy:
(With the baby's Bag in his head) Sorry dear. Nurse, take it easy with her.
Nurse:
Calm down sir. All will be good. She will deliver safely. Let your mind be at rest. Just keep praying.
Daddy:
Amen! Okay. Just take it easy on her.
Iyawo:
(Groaning in pain) Ah! My husband! My back is aching me! Ah! My waist!
Daddy:
Sorry dear.
(They gets to the ward, they collected the bag from Daddy and they told him to go and wait at the reception and to also submit her registration card)
Nurse:
Madam, take it easy ma. All will be well.
(Daddy gets to the reception)
Nurse:
Where is her registration card sir?
Daddy:
Here it is. (Hands it over to the nusre).
Nusre:
Okay. You can have your sit over there.
(Mama Yemisi is sitting and busy praying for Iyawo to deliver safely. Daddy also sits down beside her. He stands up immediately, going up and down also praying for Iyawo to deliver safely)
Daddy:
Oh God of my ancestors, please come and help me tonight. My wife is in the Labour room about to give birth, please come and help me. Let her deliver safely. Don't let me lose neither the mother or the child. They should be alive and in good condition.
(A nurse walks towards them and they both run to the nurse)
Daddy:
Nurse, how is she? Hope she and the baby is Okay?
Nurse:
Calm down sir. Congratulations to you sir.
Daddy:
(Happy) Thank God. What did she give birth to? A boy?
Nurse:
(Smiles) She gave birth to a baby girl.
Daddy:
What are you saying? A baby girl or a baby boy?
Nurse:
A baby girl!
Daddy:
(Daddy looks at Mama Yemisi, feeling disappointed) Can we see them now?
Nurse:
Yes you can. (They went in to the ward)
