Hailey’s POV
I had yet another argument with Delilah but she didn’t want to give in to my demands. It was becoming exhausting. I needed to go and help her. My mother was dying and she didn’t want to understand. I decided to revise my plan once again. After our encounter yesterday night, I decided that I needed to go harder on her. She didn’t look like she would just relent.
She wanted a fight, so I was going to give it to her. She doesn’t know the lengths I could go to for my mother but she is about to find out now. She was the villain here and I needed to treat her like one before I got what I wanted from her. It wasn’t even like I wasn’t going to come back. I wasn’t the type to go back on my promise. I was going to finish the job.
