My knees feel weak as we drive back to the beach where we give the jet-ski back and on the sand, next to our things, lays Kenzie with narrowed eyes as we walk up to her, "And where did you two go?" she asks, lifting her shades off her eyes and onto her head, "We explored, isn't that what you wanted?" Logan chips in before I could say anything and I'm happy about it, but by the looks of Kenzie, she knows he's lying.
