MARLIYA’S POV

After Logan had dropped me off at our condo, he wanted to stay but I told him no, that I was going to sleep and he left.
I stayed up watching tv until Kenzie arrived home hours later and only fell asleep in the early hours of the morning and when Kenzie tried to wake me up, I threw her a middle finger and growled a perfectly impolite 'f**k off' at her before continuing to sleep.
I woke up at twelve and have been buried inside the condo for the entire day and it's currently five pm. Not Kenzie or Logan came to check up on me.
I continued to read until six before taking a shower and while inside the bathroom, Kenzie busted through the bathroom door, "You're awake, finally," she mutters before pulling the shower door open and I stand against the wall, head tilted to rest
