Eyes for her

1055 Words
LOGAN'S POV -- I take Davina to the nurse, since she demanded so, and the nurse tells her it's fine, giving us a note for class, not that we need it. Davina is the princess of this school and city, no one ever gives her any hard time because she is her mother's favorite. Ellis f*****g Black is the most scariest woman I have ever seen, even against my heartless mother. "Let's go." Davina struts out of the nurse's office, her hips swaying along with her blonde locks that have a hint of grey and I sigh, following suit as we make our way to English. Each year, classes get mixed and all the students aren't in the same class as the prior year and my heart stops when we walk into Ms. Bell's classroom and I notice Marliya sitting in the second row in the middle. Her beautiful caramel hair hangs over her shoulder as she sets her notepad out in front of her, carefully choosing a pen to write with from her stationary bag. Her skin is glowing, even more from where the sun shines through the window, casting an angelic light on her cheek. Even before summer, I always thought that she was the prettiest girl around, but now, she looks amazing. One glance at her takes my breath away and I struggle to focus. "Mr. Lombardi." Ms. Bell catches my attention and I notice that I've been staring at her for way too long, "Yes?" I ask, rolling my head to the side as I look at her, "Are you going to sit down?" she asks in a very kind tone. I too have the privilege as Davina's boyfriend. We're both still seventeen and Davina keeps on running her mouth about how we're going to end up as mates when we're both eighteen. I on the other hand pray to the Goddess that I don't have to put up with her, begging not to be mated to Davina. The only reason I am with her, is because she approached me when we were juniors and now I'm stuck with her in her fantasy world. I glance at Davina, her hostile glare focused on me, her tongue swirling in her cheek before the tip glides along her bottom lip. I sit down on the only open spot in the row next to Marliya but one back with Davina right behind me. Throughout the whole class, my eyes couldn't stop flicking towards her, the way she twirled the end of her hair around her fingers and how she nibbles on the back of her pen as her eyes scanned her notes made it difficult to not stare and daydream about how it would feel to have her teeth nibbling on my lip like that. Announcements start five minutes before the class ends and Marliya is called to the office with her bags, my heart sinks when she stares at the intercom with fear-filled eyes and I know exactly why she's going there. Davina. I glance back at Davina and she has a smirk on her face while she flips her phone upside down, staring as Marliya packs up her things with shaky hands and waltzes out as soon as the bell rings. I stand, turning to my girlfriend with a hostile glare, "Was that necessary?" I c**k my head at her, "Was what necessary?" she asks dumbfounded, "To rat her out, we both know that if she didn't give you a smack, you would have hit her anyways. She was defending herself." I grit out and Davina's body straightens as she leaves her things on her desk, her arms folding across her chest, the bracelets on her wrist tingling. "Are you shitting me?" she seethes and the rest clear out of the classroom, "No, we both know how you do things." I shrug and she scoffs, her head bouncing back and then to the front as she glances around. "Maybe she wouldn't be an enemy to me if you weren't staring the clothes off her arched back." Davina inches closer, "I see the way you look at her..." her hands rest on my chest, her fingers drumming against my shirt as she trails up to my face. She snatches my jaw, her sharp nails digging into my skin as she pulls my face to the side and then back, "Stop looking at her. You are mated to me." she grits out, sounding like an obsessed lunatic. "I wasn't staring at her because I like her, my parents warned me about that pack when I was a kid." I scoff as I snatch her wrist, pinning her hands behind her back before I lift her onto the desk. She stares up at me through her lashes and I lean in, "I only have eyes for you, you know that." I grin and she rolls her eyes, so I kiss her reluctantly. I slip my tongue into her mouth and devour her lips. Her legs wrap around my body, pulling me closer and she grabs the waistband of my jeans, wanting to unbutton them but I remove her hands, "This is a school Davina, don't be stupid." I scoff as I step out of her embrace and she pouts, "Tonight then?" she asks and I grin, "Sure, if I can sneak out." I laugh and she hops off the desk, "Make it work." her seducing act does nothing to turn me on. Ever since she came back from her holiday in the summer holiday, all she wants to do is screw me and the more I tell her no, that there's never a good time or place, the more adamant she gets. In the last week, we've been spending every day together and she'd convince me to sneak into the castle at midnight, but every time it comes to that time, I always make up an excuse or just don't reply or answer her calls and say I fell asleep. It's really getting harder to say no and make up excuses and even though my junk is itching to screw, I only want to screw one person, a person that I could never get, a person that doesn't even look at me and the same person my parents would never, ever approve of. Marliya Schultz.
