CHAPTER XVI : MISCHIEVOUS BEAST

-Kuzma-

    Looks like they're having fun out there. They're very strong, I can't deny it. Ashtan looks like he's flying as he jumps and backflips, and he's very fast too. Plus he has a lot of energy that made him not to tire out that easily. Aisha's techniques are impressive, she does things with no flaws. 

    That spin is quite dangerous but she managed to do it well, and she looked so scary. And Nazif, he really learned a lot using his ax, he knew different styles of how to deal with his ax. He's playing things out of it, it seemed like he had a boomerang, a hammer, and a sword with it. He's resilient as well. 

"So how about doing what I taught you now?" I asked kurezma holding her sword as she swung in different directions. She's quite learning, I'm surprised about how she became a fast learner ahahahaha

"Yea, let's try" she answered, she prepared herself in front of me. Her face is now serious as if she's fixed with what she's doing right now

"One!" I yelled as I swung my sword on her left side, which she managed to block "Two!" on her right side "Three!" on the upper side, that she blocked both quickly "Your turn"

"One!" I yelled again as I blocked her attack, same with what I did to her "Two!" now on my left "Three!" and above my head

"Great" I uttered, "Now, as you learned that basic things, you can do as you please with your sword" I explained, that was all I need to teach her, it's up to her how she'll add things with it. "You watched me last night, right?" I asked and she responded with a nod

"Just like that," I said "Now let's rest first, let's do that later," I told her and we went to the others and sat with them.

"You guys fought incredibly" I exclaimed as I sat myself down. They looked at me with their smiles "I wish I could join you right now, but...." I said and looked at Kurezma with my playful smile.

"What? you'll lose from them anyway" Kurezma rolled her eyes as she mumbled those words

"You wish," I said then laughed out slightly "You already saw me and you were like drop-dead amazed by me like it's your first time seeing things like that" I continued

"You're arrogant" she hissed and rested herself to gain more energy to start off training again later, she probably should, she needs a lot of energy, she's desperately needing it ahahahaha just kidding

-Kurezma-

    I'm getting excited about learning swordsmanship, I'm actually enjoying it. I feel like I'm a musketeer ahahaha just kidding. I didn't expect that it'd be so great doing this, you know, for the past years, I'm just bored watching my brother do things saying I should pay attention so that I'll learn. 

    But now, I think, it's fun after all, here I am seeing myself having fun while actually doing it. I watched the three of them fight each other a while ago, and they were too awesome, I hope I'd be like them in no time. Graduation is weeks from now, I better hurry. 

    Kuzma had been tougher lately, he's being more strict than usual, and he teaches me things I need to learn precisely so I think I'll be able to learn it faster.... hope so

     I already watched the others do their styles in fighting with swords, especially my brother who knows a lot, whom I always observe doing his own style. What awed me more is last night, I can say he's definitely strong. I'm confident that I have learned a bit from them, I'm pretty sure it'll help me.

"So, Kurez....how were you doing?" Ashtan asked me, we're the only ones left sitting here, guess where the other three went... the cafeteria, their reason was that they got hungry because of extensive training... like duhh we just got started so where's the extensive there, they're worse than me. 

    Plus Aisha gave me the amusement, how does she maintain her slim-fit figure when she had an appetite like that, she had a lot of energy to eat.... I envy her while looking at my baby fats. How can she manage to do that, I mean look at her.... 

    She's got a perfect slim hourglass-shaped body, her shoulder, hips, and waist looked beautiful, I wish I had those curves too. Well, one of my hobbies is eating, no one can blame me after all eating is so much fun.

"I'm fine, you?" I answered him, well, he looked just fine, it's just that I've got nothing to say ahahahaha. His face is kind of a mess, but he looked.... hot, how is that? I've seen my brother in that state but he just looked ugly. Why is the world so unfair? ahahahaha. 

    From his messy hair yet it looked good, down to his reddish face due to exhaustion but still, he looked tight, bright, and clear, plus some sweat that's dripping down his neck....what the.... He only wore a white loose shirt, his brown pants, and his boots... effortless but he looked nice. Unlike some Kuzma around here, haysss 

"Hey, I said I'm fine, what's with your stare?" he snapped his fingers in front of me that woke me up from my thoughts. I literally hopped while sitting, my eyes popped, and gasped in shock. Gosh did I really stare at him? oh no, this is bad.... my face feels so hot, it's burning hot!

"Yea, that's nice. And no, I'm not staring at you...duhh" I quickly answered as I composed myself "I just had something in my mind, and you happen to be in front of me" I reasoned out that made him chuckle, and now he just looked nicer. His shoulders shook as he laughed even more

"I see you were in deep thoughts, but just happened to stare at me from my head down to my shoes, huh?" he teased me and gave me his wink, ughh why is this guy so cute... Well I'm cute too but never mind ahahahaha

"I wasn't" I shortly answered and immediately avoided his gaze but I just heard him chuckle again.... I can feel my face burn hot, I probably looked like a tomato by now

"Yes you do" he insisted in between his chuckles, I looked at him again with my irritable gaze

"No, I didn't" I fought back, did I really stare at him? I'm positive I didn't I was just.... I was just looking at him...duhh

"Then why are you like that?" he teasingly asked me and pierced his pitch-black eyes with mine. Gosh, I can't even blink!

"L-like w-w-what?" I stuttered then gasped for my breath...what is he doing? I, again, avoided his stare and sighed in defeat, yea I admit I really did, but what's the big deal? What's in it for him? Stares are just blank thoughts duhh

"Never mind," he said and stood up "Let's join them so that we won't starve while training later, come on" he invited me so I stood up and started walking without looking at him, I don't wanna look at him this time, not now.

     She's so silly, she looked so funny a while ago. I find it amusing, why is she acting like that all of a sudden? But on the other hand, she's like making me a bit vocal. I am getting more confidence to talk a lot because of her ahahahaha it'd be nice if she's around, she's making me feel comfortable.

"Hey, I thought you two weren't hungry?" Kuzma welcomed us with his question "I knew you Kurez couldn't handle staring at us eating while  you're not" he added with his laughter and with his food stacked in his mouth

"I am hungry but I'm not like you who's always after the food" Kurezma defended herself and sat down next to me "And I didn't say I'm not hungry, I just said that you guys can go on, duhh" she continued irritably as she rolled her eyes as she corrected Kuzma

"You guys always come late when we eat here, are you two intentionally doing it?" Aisha asked while chewing her food but with a playful look on her face, I can see it right through her eyes

"So what are you saying?" I asked with my serious and intimidating tone and expression, I noticed how she flinched just by that, she looked so funny. I didn't mean it to be so scary, it's just to pull out some prank but it turns out they got frightened ahahahaha that must have agitated them, including Kurezma

"N-nothing... I... uhhh.... nothing" Aisha stammered as she bowed her head. I chuckled upon looking at her, she really looked like a scaredy-cat, afraid of the lightning, their reactions are just so priceless ahahahahahaha

"Hey I'm just joking, why were you so scared? ahahahaha" I asked in between my laughter, I can hardly breathe due to it. I saw them light up their mood as they heard me laughing while Aisha gave me a mean look

"You really looked pissed, I thought you were...." Nazif stated nervously... man, do I really have that effect? Do I look scary? I thought I looked handsome ahahahaha

"Yea, you looked like a monkey who's banana had been stolen" Aisha agreed as she rolled her eyes in disgust. Well, I got her again. She still gets afraid of me though she's already used to me playing jokes with her.

"Hey enough scaring them beasty, let's go grab something to eat" Kurezma stood up to go buy some food... hey, beasty, isn't that rude? I'm far from being one

"Beast?" I repeated what she just called me with my eyebrow raised, she looked at me as if she said nothing wrong

"You heard me" she smiled playfully "Aren't you gonna get some food too or what?" she added before she went walking towards the food stall

"That's rude," I said as I caught up with her, she looked at me dazzled but smiled playfully immediately again

"I already put 'y' on it so it won't sound hideous at all" she answered and laughed softly

"If I'm a beast then I'd be the most handsome one" I added and laughed with the thought of it, well, it really is ahahaha

"Because there is no handsome beast, they are meant to be ugly, fool" she negated me and laughed as well

"Oh you like the ugly one" I teased her with my eyebrow raised again which shegave me a confused look

     I started tickling her waist as I growled, imitating a beast-like sound. I went from her waist to her stomach, all she did was to laugh hard as she tried catching her breath. She's also trying to shove my hands away, but she's weakened and not able to do it.

"H-hey.... stop!... what a-are y.... stooooppp!!!" she kept yelling in between her laughter but I still continued tickling her stomach back to her waist, she looked like a worm as her body shook around ahahahahaha

"No, I'm a beast and I'm about to devour you!" I insisted with a scary voice as I did the tickling and she's just laughing so hard

"Stop...please" she said weakly "we're at the eatery" she added... oh right! now I noticed multiple pairs of eyes staring at us both confused and surprised.... that's...weird.... that's awkward... ehehehehe

"Sorry ahahahaha" I said as I stopped. I stood up properly while holding on to Kurez to assist her. I'm hearing soft whispers all over the place, but I don't care.... 

    Knowing the fact that I'm the quiet guy who barely interacts with others just suddenly did something like that in front of them, yea it's odd, they have the right to react that way.

     I saw Kurez fixing her clothes then wiped a tear from her eye, she did laugh that hard ahahahaha but I didn't look further as I immediately went to the food stall and started deciding which food I'll take, I felt Kurez following me.

    The room's still very silent, and I can still feel eyes watching us... hayss what's their problem? surprised much?

"Why did you do that?" Kurez asked me without looking at me, she's focused on the food in front of her

"Do what? we're just playing" I answered, and yes we did, we're just playing, what's with it? I don't understand people

"You should've waited until we got to the field until you did that, you just created a scene right here" she explained while having her eyes on me now, is she complaining? Is she mad because of it?

"So what's the problem with that?" I stated as if it's just a small thing, assuming that it won't last within people's minds around here, as if they do

"I mean you're still the silent and mysterious guy who's very hard to deal with, then you were suddenly acting wildly like that, you just made yourself even weirder" she briefly explained, well, I get that, and I knew it already, but who cares? 

"Calm down ok? I don't care if they think that way, at least I'm having fun with you. And they won't think I'm weird, they'd just think that the quiet guy has his friend after all. Besides, if I waited until we got to the fields the momentum would be gone, isn't it weirder?" I explained things with her too, she just looked at me for a while and then looked back at the food in front of her again.

She just picked the thunder cake that she perhaps liked a lot, I always see her eating that, like every day. But that's not all, she also had bread, the one with meat and cheese inside, not minding its large size, some chips, and lemon juice. This girl has quite the appetite.

     I just had a loaf of wheat bread and an orange juice, I still have a body shape to maintain.... I'd go missing my abs if I eat too much ahahaha just kidding, I'm not much of a big eater anyway.

"What were you two doing?" Aisha asked the moment we sat ourselves down, they just looked at us as if waiting for our answers

"I don't know about him, acting like a beast so sudden" Kurezma answered focused on her food

"What? you said I'm a beast, I just pulled that out on you" I defended myself and started eating too

"Well, you just made yourself look like a fool out there" Aisha stated, I don't care ahahaha Kurezma said I'm a fool, and Aisha too so I just did what a fool would look like, right? ahahahahahahaha

"No, that was cute" I inverted the thought ahahahaha well I don't care at all, I just stopped talking and started eating my food and so did they do.
