Astrid point of view.
I rushed back to the mansion, giggling at myself whilst Aidan kept calling on me to stop; I ignored him and kept running. When I got to the mansion, I saw Sienna standing outside with her eyes glancing at the ground sadly. I stopped and walked to her.
“Sienna, what's wrong?” Just as I asked, behind her emerged Zane and Roshan.
“Oh, you guys are back.” My voice was shaking a bit with the looks they were giving me.
“Who the hell did you share a bed with?” Zana's husky voice asked; I stared, puzzled at him; what was he saying? I looked over at Sienna, expecting her to give me a clue about what was going on, but she barely looked at me.
“I don't understand”
Zane chuckled and glanced at Roshan, who just rolled his eyes. He moved closer to me, looking at me like some kind of prey; the gaze he gave me in the morning was different from the one he was giving me now.
“What my brother meant was who did you cheat on us with?”
I scoffed, are they kidding or what? I looked at their faces to see if maybe they were joking, but they weren't. Their facial expression was damned serious!
“Are you guys being serious?” I arched my brows but nothing worked.
Zane’s eyes darkened as he closed the distance between us. “Do we look like we’re joking, Astrid?”
I took a step back, trying to understand what was happening. “I didn’t cheat on anyone. I don’t know where you’re getting this from.”
Roshan crossed his arms, his face hard. “ The man's scent can be perceived on you, even on your bed!” He roared and I shivered.
“But…I'm telling the truth. I did nothing except—” My words hung when Sienna lifted her head and shook it, denying me to mention what their father almost did to me.
“Oh Astrid, you're such a fast runner,” Aidan said, catching his breath.
“Do you know what she has done?” Zane asked Aidan, who adjusted himself, looking skeptical at his brothers.
“She slept with another man!” Zane said, pointing accusing fingers at me.. My eyes were already welling up, and I couldn’t hold back my tears. Why are they accusing me of cheating when I did no such thing?
“Are you sure?” Aiden asked, not to sure if what his brothers were saying was true.
“Yes, I’m sure!” Zane barked, his voice echoing through the mansion. “We can smell him on her.”
“I swear, I didn’t—” I started, but Zane's hand clamped around my wrist, his grip firm.
“You liar,” he growled, dragging me toward the grand staircase.
“Zane, please!” I pleaded, looking back at Aiden and Roshan, hoping one of them would intervene, but their faces were stone. Aiden seemed conflicted, but he didn’t move to help me.
Zane practically yanked me up the stairs, his pace furious. I stumbled several times, barely able to keep up with his long strides. My heart pounded in my chest, fear mixing with confusion. What was he going to do to me?
He flung open the door to his chamber and pushed me inside. The heavy wooden door slammed shut behind him; the sound, final and ominous, jolted me up. The room was dimly lit, casting long shadows that danced menacingly across the walls.
“Zane, you have to listen to me,” I tried again, but he silenced me with a glare.
“I don’t want to hear any more lies,” he said, his voice low and dangerous. “You’ve disrespected our bond, Astrid. And you need to be punished.”
I took a step back, my hands shaking. “Please, Zane, I didn’t do anything wrong,” I whispered, my voice trembling.
He advanced on me, his eyes dark with intent. “You belong to us, Astrid. You signed the contract. You knew what you were getting into.”
I backed into the bed, and he was on me in an instant. His hands were rough as they gripped my shoulders, pushing me down onto the mattress. I struggled, trying to push him away, but he was too strong.
“Zane, stop!” I cried out, my voice breaking.
But he didn’t stop. His mouth was on mine, forceful and demanding. His hands roamed over my body, pulling off my clothes. I tried to push him away, but he caught my wrists, pinning them above my head.
“You’re ours, Astrid. Ours to do with as we please,” he growled against my skin.
I thrashed beneath him, tears streaming down my face. “Please, Zane, don’t do this.”
But he didn’t listen. He was lost in his rage, his need to punish me. His hands moved lower, tearing at my clothes. I felt exposed, vulnerable, and utterly helpless.
“Zane, please,” I begged, my voice barely a whisper now.
His eyes met mine, and for a brief moment, I saw a flicker of something—doubt, regret, pain? But it was gone as quickly as it came, replaced by a cold, hard resolve.
“You need to learn your place, Astrid,” he said, his voice devoid of emotion.
And then, he slipped inside me, it was thick and hard, and I couldn’t hold back my tears. His thrusting was fast and rough, going in and out without a break.
“That's it baby girl” he moaned, continuing thrusting, whilst his bare strong hands squeezed hard on my boobs, but instead of me being bitter, I was enjoying it.
My body betrayed me as Zane’s thrusts grew more intense. Despite the fear and confusion, I felt a warmth spreading through me. I hated myself for it, but I couldn't deny the pleasure building up inside me.
“Look at you,” Zane whispered, his voice rough. “You’re enjoying this, aren’t you?”
I bit my lip, trying to stifle a moan. I didn’t want to give him the satisfaction, but my body had a mind of its own. He kept going, faster and harder, until I couldn't hold back anymore. I cried out, my body arching against his, giving in to the wave of ecstasy that washed over me.
Zane slowed his pace, his eyes locked onto mine. “You’re ours, Astrid. Don’t ever forget that.”
Tears streamed down my face, a mix of shame, anger, and confusion. I wanted to scream at him, to tell him how wrong he was, but my voice failed me. All I could do was lie there, trembling, as he finally pulled out of me.
He stood up, adjusting his clothes, and looked down at me with a cold, detached expression. “Clean yourself up,” he said, turning towards the door. “And remember, this is what happens when you betray us.”
With that, he walked out, leaving me alone in the dimly lit room. I curled up on the bed, hugging my knees to my chest, and let the tears flow freely. What had just happened? Why had they turned on me so suddenly?
I heard a soft knock on the door. Aidan stepped in, his face filled with worry and guilt. “Astrid...”
I couldn’t even look at him. “Just go away,” I whispered.
“I’m sorry,” he said, his voice breaking. “I didn’t know it would go this far. Zane, he—”
“I don’t want to hear it,” I snapped, finally finding my voice. “Just leave me alone.”
Aidan hesitated, then nodded and left the room, closing the door softly behind him. I lay there for what felt like hours, my mind racing. I needed to find a way out of this nightmare. But how?
