Chapter 39: The First Court Hearing
Lucas had returned home from the restaurant. The bodyguard were at their points and the female servant bowed as he walked in.
"Where were you?" Daniel asked hurriedly on seeing his youn master. The female servant in charge of his meal and gone to serve him but he wasn't found. Daniel had avoid raising an alarm yet and search silently for him round the house.
"Are you my aid or my boss?" Lucas asked with a hoarse voice. His eyes were red and he trembled hard.
"I'm sorry Sir," Daniel quickly apologized. He realized that his young master wasn't in his friendly all simple mood. Something must have arose his anger.
Lucas walked away to his study. He didn't utter another word to Daniel. He went to his computer and began his search on a competent lawyer.
