Brian nodded but Evan had disappeared behind the wooden panel. The door was shut again but this time he was not worried. Evan had finally agreed to talk and Brian felt like dancing. They didn’t go to The Hines’ this time. They were both hungry but the food wasn’t all that important. What was important was the issues they had to discuss, and to Brian, the lovely company he had. Evan wore a dark brick-red sweater, which made his blondness even brighter and accentuated his golden brown eyes.
