Looking for Alexa

Chapter 18

Trish's P.O.V 

  We all listened to her and I knew I had to tell her, I sighed, taking in a deep breath.

  "Alexa honey, you're a Princess. The moon goddess came to me before you were even a twinkle in our eyes and told me I was queen of all supernatural, even the fairies. I've never seen one, but I've been told that they do watch over us. I have powers of the earth, fire, water, air and so do you, that's the reason why Rachel is really here, so she can help you, we all knew she was going to help you remember, we just didn't know when. David is my King and has the power of wind and fire, he controls these very well. When the goddess takes us from this world, you will become queen." I said, explaining  to her. I could see that Alexa wanted to ask me something, so I nodded my head for her to go ahead. 

  "Mama what happened to your parents?" Alexa asked me, not the question I was expecting. I looked down, still missing them after all these years.

  "Darling, they were killed by rogues, my old Alpha sent down the order and your father saved me from him. The rogues are actually still locked away in my old pack, probably still waiting for me to make a decision on whether to forgive or kill them, but I think I'll make them wait a little longer. Honey, you would have loved them. Your grandmother was so loving, so caring, your grandfather was the same way, but very stern. They would be so proud of you, but you need to know that none of this is your fault, he's gone now and we will get the wretched woman that's trying to get you back, don't worry." I said, Alexa nodded. 

  "I want to learn to fight, so you don't have to protect me all the time and you're right." Alexa said, pausing to take a look around the room. 

  "You're right about that woman, that wretched woman, but I'll be the one that will get her, she sat there and watched him beat me and sell me off, just to be dragged back to that awful cage." Alexa said, a strong aura coming off her in waves. 

  Alexa's P.O.V 

  I looked at Nick like it was for the first time and reached my hand up, cupping his cheek.

  "I love you Nick, but please do not ever keep anything from me again and where is Nicky? I haven't seen her in days." I asked, Nick nodded, leaning into my hand.

  "She found her mate a few days ago, they are….well getting to know each other." Nick replied, I didn't know what that meant, but I was happy for my friend, 

  "Now since everyone has calmed down, I would like to spend some time with my own mate." I said, causing my dad and mom to slightly cough and take their leave of us. 

  Hunter's P.O.V

  "I say we try in a month to get her, they won't be looking for it, it will be a surprise." I said, but the rogue stood there, shaking his head.

  "A month, are you sure you want to try then, how about two to three months, that way it will really be a surprise." The rogue replied, trying to change my mind.

  "We will see, but I want her back, either that or you or one of your friends will be in that damn cage." I said, turning my head and threatening the rogue, who in return gulped.
