Rogue's P.O.V
"Have you gotten anyone's help?" The woman asked.
"No not yet, but we still have two more months, don't worry right now." I said, sighing.
"Fine, but you better start getting help or I'll have your mate in the cage." The woman snapped at me.
"You will not touch a hair on my mate's head, I'll kill you bitch." I growled, turning towards her. I saw her back away with her hands up, she must not have thought I would act like this.
"Alright, just get more help that's all." The woman replied, slightly shaken by my response.
Alec's (rogue's mate) P.O.V
I followed my mate Sam that night and hid myself well, as I watched and listened to everything. Why and Who is this woman wanting? I didn't like this woman one bit, especially after I heard her say that she would put me in the cage. Sam growled at her, causing her to back up, good, she better be scared, I thought to myself. I heard my mates footsteps leaving the bitches place and I tried to hide and follow him home, but it was a little too late, the spray wore off and he found me, turning and smelling my scent.
"Alec, what are you doing here?" He whispered to me, I sighed.
"I followed you to see what the hell is going on, who is that crazy b***h?" I replied, but he just shook his head and grabbed my hand, pulling me further away from her.
"Come on, we need to get out of here before she sees you." Sam said, we hurried away and then he turned to me.
"She's the hunter's wife that got killed, she's wanting Alexa back, but I keep putting her off. We have to find a way to let Alexa know that she's in danger." Sam said, explaining what was going on, I nodded.
"We will figure it out." I said, squeezing his hand to reassure him.
"You know we need to come up with an idea to let the pack know, maybe then they will let us join the pack. They might even help us build our own, aren't you tired of being a rogue? We can have our own pack, running water, food and a stable life, instead of answering to other people." I said, Sam started listening and then sighed.
"Maybe you're right. I am tired of answering to other's, even when they are paying me, they have no right to treat me like trash, it's time for us to step up." Sam said and I smiled wide.
"First things first, the money she has given you, we use it to build our pack house. Second, we tell the other's what we're doing. Third, they have to help, find clothes that don't smell and try to find jobs and that will help us build more." I said, Sam nodded.
"I think I'm going to like this, but we need rules." Sam said, to which I nodded in agreement.
"We will come to that when it's time, come on everyone is probably wondering where we are at, plus we need to tell them." I said, we shifted into our wolves and ran back to our people, who were standing around when we arrived. We shifted back and began to tell everyone our plan.
Rachel's P.O.V
It had been hours and knowing that Blue had left, I already missed his scent and his presence at the door. I finally got up, cleaned my tear stained face and walked into the bathroom. I took my clothes off, turned the water on and then threw a purple bath bomb in the tub. I stepped into the tub, laid back to relax and closed my eyes, drifting off for a few minutes.
Alexa's P.O.V
After my talk with Rachel, I was still a little worried and couldn't sleep. I turned to Nick, watching him sleep and the only thing that kept coming to my mind was what would happen if we went into the woods and rogues attacked? I was scared and I didn't want to lose Nick. I moved closer to him, inhaling his scent and snuggling into his arms, but woke up, worried.
"Are you alright?" Nick asked me, I nodded yes.
"I'm just thinking about the talk Rachel and I had, she's not over her mate. Blue has his hands full, he will have to gain her trust and make sure he won't go anywhere. It's hard for her right now." I replied, he nodded and pulled me closer to him.
"Come on, let's get back to sleep, you will get up in the morning and we'll go together to see if she is okay." Nick said, comforting me.
Rachel's P.O.V
I woke up in the tub, not knowing how long I had been asleep for, but the water was ice cold, I got out of the tub and put a robe on. I wonder what Blue is doing, when suddenly I heard a knock on my front door. I knew who it was, so I hurried to answer the door and Blue was standing there, with a rose in his hand.
"I couldn't sleep, when all I could do was think that you're in here alone. Can I come in?" Blue asked me, I sighed and nodded, moving out of the way, so he could come inside. I shut the door after him and turned, when he suddenly grabbed me, pressing himself against me.
"I told you I wouldn't give up on us." Blue said, leaning into me. He kissed me softly, picking me up and taking me to the bedroom, but I had to tell him where it was. He laid me down and laid beside me, I sighed softly.
"Blue, we need to talk." I said and he nodded.
"Yeah, I know we do, but let's get some sleep and we will talk in the morning, I promise I will listen." Blue replied, looking deep into my eyes.
