In the dark night, a shadow was slowly creeping inside Evelyn's house.
The nimble movement of the figure made the intrusion remain undetected by guards.
It can be seen that the person indeed was a highly skilled person since there are no sounds produced when they move around the house.
They move around the house from corner to corner until it arrived at Evelyn sensei's room.
Indeed that person is Ruca. Knowing that Evelyn sensei would be away from her home, Ruca decided to immediately infiltrate into her house.
Ruca's objective is to find Fahniel, the true love of Evelyn-sensei.
As she knows that usually Evelyn-sensei would keep her precious things near her. There is high possibility that Fahniel's body are somewhere inside Evelyn-sensei's room.
When she looks around, she discovers that there is a door sealed behind the curtain. Her strong intuition says she will find Fahniel inside it.
So, quickly she moves and try to open it. Yes! It's locked. But how can a mere simple lock prevent Ruca to achieve her objective.
Concentrating the mana around her fingers, she approached the door and begin shaping the mana to fill the lock and turn it. Click! Its open. Yay! Ruca cheer loudly in her heart. But her objectives were not achieved yet. Quickly she recovered her concentration back.
As she came into the room, the chills attacked her body. Approaching the center of the small room where the cold air originates from, her body begins shivering as the coldness seeps into her bones, she balanced her body temperature by circulating the mana around her body.
There she saw a man lying on an ice bed. His facial expression was peaceful, it makes people wondering what kind of dreams he might have while his pale complexion shown that the person hasn't bathe in sunlight for a long time.
Immediately Ruca realized that he is the person she was looking for! Fahniel, the one Evelyn-sensei talks about.
Observing Fahniel's condition through her enhance eyes, Ruca sees Fahniel's body is circulated with blue mana which is slightly different with color of water element's mana since the blue are much more lighter to the point of being invisible.
'It's the ice element's mana'. This was the first time Ruca saw a rare type element.
The mana originated from Fahniel's heart and kept on spreading through out of his body. The ice element's mana is what made Fahniel's body frozen even though he is still alive at the moment.
As the mana isn't being released and keeps on being stored inside Fahniel's body, there is big possibility that by the time the body is fully filled with mana, Fahniel's will released his last breath.
Realizing the danger of the situation, without wasting time, Ruca tries to manipulate the stored mana by forcing it out from the Fahniel's body. However, no matter how hard she tries there is no sign of mana being released out as if there is barrier prevent it.
Drop by drop her sweat fell until her lips became pale but still she tries her best without giving up. She doesn't want Evelyn-sensei to lose any hope in being happy. She believes that she can make Evelyn-sensei and Fahniel being reunited and achieve their happiness. Thus she must do her best!
Noticing Ruca's distress, Ai, Ruca's pet slowly uncoiled her body from Ruca's wrist and move toward Fahniel's heart and slowly bite the skin and sucking it. If one sees carefully, what comes out from the place is not blood but the ice element mana! This was miraculous! Ai sucks it happily as if it was an incredible feast.
The focused Ruca doesn't realize Ai had moved from her wrist as all of her concentration were on manipulating the mana but when Ai suck the mana out from Fahniel's heart, she notice that the amount of mana became less and lesser.
When she sees Ai's act, she understand that Ai can eat the ice element mana! This incredible feat makes her excited.
To help Ai's progress, Ruca moves the ice element mana that scatter in Fahniel's body toward the heart.
Without stopping, Ai eats all the mana joyfully until there is not any mana remaining inside Fahniel's body. After become full, Ai becomes sleepy and slowly she falls into deep slumber.
"Thank you". Gratefully Ruca said to Ai and gently she lift Ai and keep her inside her pocket.
Ruca checks Fahniel's condition and warm up his body. After knowing that Fahniel is not in any danger, then Ruca releases a relieved breath.
'Thank God'.
While maintaining the warm environment for Fahniel, slowly Fahniel's eyelids fluttered open.
"Fahniel-san, I am Ruca, Evelyn-sensei's student. Nice to meet you." With a smile Ruca greets Fahniel. Then Ruca explained all the things that had happened to the confuse Fahniel.
"Thank you, Ruca-san". Sincerely Fahniel said to Ruca.
"Where is Evelyn now? I need to see her". Fahniel's eyes frantically looks around. He couldn't wait to meet his beloved person.
"Let me help bring you to meet Evelyn-sensei". Ruca support the weak Fahniel to stand up and moves out from the small room which lead into Evelyn-sensei's room.
"Let us wait here for Evelyn-sensei arrival".
Without waiting for a long time, the door slowly opens. Evelyn-sensei comes into her room as usual. But when she comes into her room, suddenly she see a man inside looking at her with a gentle smile that she missed years ago. She was stunned.
'Is this a dream? Or I am already dead?' All question keep on appearing but one thing she knew. If this is all a dream, she didn't want to wake up if it meant to being with him.
Looking at Evelyn-sensei stunned body, Fahniel takes a step forward and slowly approaches Evelyn-sensei. He reached out his hand to her face and slowly touch her face.
"All these years, were hard for you wasn't it? Now I am fine. Evelyn, everything is all right now". Hearing those words, Evelyn-sensei starts to cry.
"Is it really you, Fahniel-san? Really, really, really you?" As she couldn't believe her eyes, she starts to touch Fahniel's hand tightly. Afraid that once she loosens her grip, Fahniel will disappear.
"Yes. This it's me. We will be together again. Never separated". Fahniel starts to hug Evelyn-sensei to appease her anxiety.
Ruca sees the scene and feels happy. All of her hard work have beared fruit since Evelyn-sensei has achieved her happiness.
To give Evelyn-sensei and Fahniel privacy for their happy time, Ruca started to move out from the room.
When she closed the door, she could hear Evelyn-sensei saying, "Thank you, Ruca-sama".
Ruca smiles.
As of now, Evelyn-sensei and Fahniel are still together, this makes Ruca's heart more eager to be together with her love, Prince Leon.
'One day, I too will obtain happiness'.
