The Masked Guy

"So, what are you trying to say? Are you falling for this girl?" Serge, L's best friend asked him. They were hanging out at Infinite's headquarters.

L shrugged. He was holding the handkerchief Hana dropped during their first meeting. "I don’t know. I just feel the need to protect her." L said.

Serge shook his head and smirked. "No offense, L. But you know that we are a g**g. We belong to the underground world. And you know what will happen to that girl." Serge said.

L nodded. "I know."

Since the day Hana helped L from the guys who ganged up on him, she has never left L's mind. He has been almost always found spacing out which is so not like him. He now even looks at Hana and watches her go home at night when she would be late because of school works. He would even glare at those people who would make a move on her.

Flashback:

Hana was waking home late at night. "Ha! At last! The project is over now." she sighed as she placed her earphones on as she walked pass two drunk men.

The drunk men were about to follow her and grab her when a masked guy appeared behind them and kicked them to sleep.

"Who are you?" Drunk man #1 asked.

The guy in the mask smirked. "Shall I introduce myself to you?" he asked while leaning closer to him.

The drunk man's eyes widened as he shivered and trembled when he saw the mask clearly. "I-I-infinite? You are a member of Infinite?" he asked in disbelief.

The masked guy smirked again. "Yes. And now, do you still want to mess with me?" he asked.

With that, the drunk guy was left unconscious.

End of Flashback

"Hyung! We are going to enroll to your school!" Marcus beamed.

L was snapped out of his thoughts. "Eh?" He asked.

"Tss! Hyung! You are spacing out again!" Marcus whined.

"I’m sorry. I was thinking of something." L reasoned.

"More like someone." Hothor rolled his eyes.

L glared at his hyung.

"Woah! You don't do that to your Hyung!" Hothor beamed to which L just rolled his eyes.

"I said, we are enrolling at your school!" Marcus repeated.

L nodded. "Ah.."

"We're going to check on your princess." Godfrey teased which earned him another death glare from L.

"Don't you dare!" L gritted his teeth as he was about to attack Godfrey already. Thanks to Peter who caught him before he could go nearer to his greasy Hyung. Yes, this is L. He doesn't want anyone to play with his princess.

"Oh my! Godfrey! Stop teasing L about his princess." Harry said.

"He would kill you." Peter added while running his index finger through his throat.

And yes. Since that day, L has promised himself to protect Hana no matter what happens. He even called her his "Princess".
