I stopped midway when my hand was about to grab the glass paperweight, as usual, when I saw my reflection. I was wearing a sardonic and cold smile.
My appearance was a bit crooked in the glass but my smile was clear enough for me to recognize it as a mocking one.
What am I doing? This smile doesn't suit the warm and friendly Professor Maverick.
