I closed the car door and stepped down when we reached the Alpha's mansion. I was eager to see her. I passed the security guards stationed at the door and when I was about to climb the stairs to her office, I was stopped by the administrative assistant at the front desk.
"Alessia, where are you heading to? Beta Charles is not available for the moment, He is outside patrolling the borders."
