I smiled up at Johnson.
" You got more than you bargained for then." I said cheerfully, kind of happy I caught him off guard, pun intended.
" So...how did you? Uh escape? Or were you rescued?" he asked , his stern face a mask, void of any emotion.
I sat down in the lawn. " Here sit a moment please."
I pat the ground next to me.
He shook his head. I saw his jaw tick as he thought about it for a moment.
I sat back on my arms, looking up at him. I stopped talking then, if he wanted to just be shadow, that was just fine with me.
He nudged my foot with his combat boot.
" Continue my debriefing." He ordered.
