Hyacinth enters the battle

Seeing the four enemies that are coming after them, Chloe gritted her teeth and prepared to fight. She summoned four water ball around her, and it is aimed towards the four incoming enemies.

The water ball that she summoned is lacking in power compared to her performance on the first stage. It is clear that the desert environment is detrimental for her. The water ball quickly headed towards the incoming enemies.

Two of the enemies is conjuring an earth spike from the ground and easily fended off the attack. As for the other two, one used fire, and the water ball instantly disintegrated as it turned into water steam. The last one used a wind blade to cut the water ball into two as it splashed into the ground.

Seeing that her attack doesn’t manage to slow down the enemy even for a bit, Chloe knows that they are now in trouble. If Jhonny doesn’t get eliminated, he might be able to tank the enemies and buy them some time to prepare for a big move, but sadly there is no medicine for regret.

“Norton, are you ready?”

Although the enemy has fire-elemental and water-elemental heroes, Max and Norton still need to fight back. Norton tried to launch a firebird attack, and as he finished, Max commanded the wind to gather around it, and the original half foot long bird increased in size as more winds are fueling it.

“A combination fire-wind combination attack! Everyone, watch out!”

In this situation, the opponent’s wind-elemental hero couldn’t do much as his move might be swallowed by the firebird and further enhance it. If the fire-elemental hero wanted to defend against it, he needs to make sure that he has more power than Norton.

Given the short amount of time to prepare for their defence, their hope now rests in the two earth-elemental heroes. Once again, both of them raised an earth wall, but it couldn’t cover them entirely due to being done in a rush.

“Gah!”

As to how Chloe’s water element is weakened in the desert arena, Norton’s fire ability is enhanced as it managed to perform higher than his usual attack. The firebird exploded when it comes into contact with the earth wall, and one of the opponents is injured as he got engulfed by the fire.

“Mady!”

The opponent that got hit is the wind-elemental hero, and he is now rolling on the ground while screaming in pain. Seeing that their teammate got injured, the enemies are enraged. They saw how his balloon isn’t blown up, but it was only a matter of time since he is now defenceless.

Their fear comes true as not long after, a shadow flying past their body and aimed at the floating balloon. They tried to stop it by launching pebbles and fire darts, but the shadow projectile is faster.

*bang*

The balloon exploded, and now the situation turned back even to 4v4.

“Mady eliminated. Please move outside of the arena.”

As Mady couldn’t move by himself and required medical attention, four drones immediately flew over and brought him away in a stretcher. The whole process didn’t hinder the match at all since the situation is still tense.

“Linda, nice attack!”

The shadow projectile that managed to blow up the balloon is a move that Linda executes. It doesn’t have too big of destructive force, but the fast preparation time and quick speed are enough to blow up the balloon.

Max’s team still hasn’t gotten themselves out of the precarious situation as the two earth-elemental heroes are now preparing their big move. It can be seen how they are focusing on gathering their energy while the fire-elemental hero is launching fire darts to stop Max’s team from approaching.

“Let me handle the fire-elemental hero. You guys try to stop the two!”

Chloe dashed forward after she said that. She creates a water shield, and although her power is being reduced, it is still sufficient to stop the fire darts as it couldn’t penetrate the shield’s defence.

Norton also tried to make the same move by sending fire darts, but it was blocked off by small rocks sent towards it. It seemed that the two earth-elemental heroes are still able to perform small moves like this.

Linda also couldn’t do the same move as earlier. At this moment, the enemy is fully focused and won’t let their guard down. Max become the only person that could make a difference.

He looked at the situation, and due to the heat generated from the battle, there is an air current formed in the area that he could take advantage of. Max summoned a cyclone directly above the enemies. They also realized it as the wind movement could be felt hitting their face.

“Donny, I don’t think we can launch the attack. Not to mention that the enemy wind-elemental hero is throwing a big move. We need to change this into a defensive move.”

“I agree, Calvin.”

“You guys don’t need to worry about it. I’ll be the one handling it.”

Just when the two earth-elemental heroes want to change their attack into defence, Hyacinth’s voice can be heard on their ears. It immediately sends a smile on their face as they know that their winning chance has been dramatically boosted.

Max knows that the cyclone is about to be formed on top of the opponent’s head, but suddenly, the movement of the wind is disturbed. From afar, a four-passenger car-sized bird appeared and flapping its wing.

Rewinding a few moments earlier, a small bird comes out from Hyacinth’s sleeves, and its body then glowed in white lights as it gradually increasing in size. This is the same bird that is now causing a disorder on Max’s move.

Max knows that there is no way he could aim his attack properly as it was disturbed by the bird, so he decided to cancel the attack. He knows that he will need to defeat the bird and Hyacinth to lead his team to victory.
