Holy s**t, I lost my virginity! to the man I love. He's so sweet. I went home a little after because I had to get cleaned up, so we didn't stay out super late tonight. I came home, showered and got into bed. I contemplated telling my besties, in the group chat, but decided to keep it to myself for a little while. My friends know I meet up with him every night, but don't comment on it. I know Deacon doesn't like it, but he stopped telling me. I also know Bella has been hanging out with some guy she met that night as well and Deacon has just been really grumpy lately. oday was just everything, the way he took care of me, the way we made love. It was my first time, but that is exactly how I expect a first time to go. He seemed more experienced than me for sure. He is so perfect. I love him and I want to tell him tonight, but I am also sad and scared that we will both eventually meet our mates. but I did say I was living in the moment so for now I will love and cherish this feeling this while I have it.

Time is flying by since I met my mate. These past few weeks have been great, the best of my life actually and tonight was just amazing. I didn't even ask her if she could scent me out. I think we were just both excited to be together. Tomorrow I leave for training, so today I plan on talking to Nicky and tomorrow I will see her for the last time and in a couple of years when I come back I will mark and make her officially my Luna and mate. I am going to miss the s**t out of her. I am also glad I kept her a secret. I don't need my grandfather having a say in my relationship. I don't know if he would approve of her. So, for now, to keep her safe I will just keep her to myself. Maybe I will tell my father so he can keep an eye on her, but he can't tell his father. I am about to go get ready to go see her when my father stops me. "Josh there have been rogues spotted lately around the border. An elderly woman was attacked. She's safe now, but we need to have a meeting tomorrow morning to discuss" he tells me. "Alright dad" Rogue's have never been an issue before, so this is strange. "Where are you off to? Don't think your mother and I haven't noticed you leaving every night." dad tells me and I laugh. "I actually just got home. I am going to shower and go to bed." I tell him and wish him a goodnight.

I wake up later and today is my mate's birthday also the day I have to tell her everything and tell her that I have to leave for training as well. There's so much to do and dad linked me to tell me that grandpa has invited other packs here today to talk business so I will be busy all damn day. I wish I knew where my mate lived so I could send her birthday flowers, but I guess I will just have to bring some to her tonight. I hope these meeting don't take too long today. I go to the kitchen to eat some food because I am starving. There isn't too many people around because breakfast is now over, but since I am the Alpha they will make me food if I ask, but I just want something quick so I just grab some fruit and yogurt from the fridge.

I go to dad's office where there's a meeting about to be held. I walk in and all eyes go to me. "Joshua, son, you made it. Wild night?" My grandfather asks and I mentally cringe. "Good morning" I greet them all, completely ignoring what my grandfather just asked. I sit next to dad and we go through everything from Rogue sightings to upcoming balls, galas, events, whatever needs to be discussed. The main topic though are the Rogue sightings because many Alpha's here, their packs have been attacked. Luckily we are all bigger packs and can handle the Rogues easily, but from what we all gathered, they are getting stronger. So far our pack has not been attacked and it better stay that way. If not though, I am ready for some action, but with me trying to bring Nicole here and leaving to Alpha training, I need this place to be as safe as possible. I know dad can keep Nicole safe though if anything were to ever happen.

The hours go by painfully slow. I am so tired, but we decide to take a break to eat. I barely had breakfast so eating some lunch will be great. I sit down and look who comes walking over with her father and my grandfather, Amanda. I don't look at them, hoping that they don't come over here, but it is clearly not my luckiest day. "Josh, look who came with her father so she can see you. It's Amanda." My grandfather tells me. I know we are supossed to get with a strong mate according to my grandpa's old f****d up traditions, but Amanda isn't even that strong. I have seen her fight and it wasn't anything amazing, so I don't know why he is so hung up on her, probably because of their land though. They do have alot of land that so much can be done with, but they don't have as much money as we do, so they can't do too much. Atleast they have alot of space for them to run though which for us werewolves is a big deal. We love to shift and be free, just running around and chasing animals.
