I tried to steady my breathing. I felt like I was about to explode. My heart raced frantically as I bent over, hands on my knees. At this point. I knew this stranger was trying to exert me. My head was spinning, white dots were beginning to cloud my vision.
“Please no more” I rasped tiredly, my stick falling from my hand instantly. Any moment from now and I might just collapse against the ground, his beast still stood rigid before us, observing us.
