Lost

"Quickly," Kyle shouted as the giant alligator ran after Sam. Kyle turned to the forest as he made his way towards the woods. Bonny and Albert were long gone, they had already made it inside the woods earlier, so Kyle took to his feet running as fast as he could knowing Sam was behind him. Finally Kyle  entered the forest but never stopped running, as he made his way forward although he had no idea where he was headed, probably Sam was still close to him or it could be he had taken a different route.  It took some time but finally everywhere became quiet as Kyle stopped running then turned around. "Sam!" He called but there was no response nor was there any sight of him.  "Sam!" He called again, then he heard the loud scream of the monster as it's voice resounded through the forest then vanished.  At first Kyle thought Sam didn't make it but he disagreed because he deemed it impossible that the monster could actually follow them into the woods. 'Unelse it did,' Kyle thought to himself then headed back to find Sam. "Sam," Kyle called again but didn't get a response as someone drew him by the hand from his left side, pulling him behind a tree. "Stephen,"  "Shh.. Don't say a word," Stephen whispered to Kyle then looked sideways. "Kyle, it's not just the sea monster but something else is in these woods," he continued, still in a whisper. "What," Kyle exclaimed. "What do you mean by that?" He asked then heard a sound from the top of the trees.  Looking upwards Kyle saw a large number of monkeys jumping as they made their way across, and the sounds finally seized, then he shifted his gaze back at Stephen.  "They are just monkeys Stephen," Kyle said as Stephen gave him a more intense look.  "No, not the monkeys, I mean other creatures," he looked sideways. "Listen," Stephen whispered. They stayed quiet for a moment as they began hearing sounds of drums like it was some kind of ancient festival stuff.  "Can you hear that?" Stephen asked. "Yeah I can," Kyle replied. "But how could that be?" "I have no idea, I mean this is a modern age and stuff like that can't possibly exist," Stephen shifted his gaze back at Kyle. "Why don't we check It out, it could be people passing by and who knows, it could be that they can help us," Kyle said then was about going out as Stephen pulled him back. "Seriously, Kyle, look around you, we don't even know where the herk we are and our friends have all gone missing," he said. "What do you plan on doing?" Kyle asked. "I don't know, maybe find our friends," Stephen replied. "You're right, I think that is what we have to do," Kyle agreed as the sound became louder.  "They are close and we have to hide," Stephen said then Kyle  looked behind him as his eyes made contact with a large trunk of a tree. "There," Kyle pointed at the large trunk as they made their way towards it then hid behind the trunk. Kyle peeped from his side as his eyes made contact with a heidious humanoid monster. "What the herk," he whispered to himself then quickly shifted his head behind the trunk when he noticed the monster was about to figure him out.  Kyle's  heart raced as he closed his eyes tightly then took a deep breath. "What did you see?" Stephen asked but Kyle couldn't say a word to him because he was still in shock. Stephen made his way through as he peeped. "s**t," he exclaimed quickly, putting his head back in. "What have we done," he said as Kyle noticed from his tone that he too was frightened by the monsters. "What the heck is that Kyle?" He asked him as he shifted his eyes at Stephen. "They are orc's Stephen, I've read some stuff about them," Kyle hesitated. "Amongst all superstitious creatures I have read about, they were the ones I esteemed most unlikely to exist, but now it's right here before my face."  "We have found the others," Stephen said as Kyle nodded, then they looked out once more as they saw the orc's passing by in troops. Kyle shifted his gaze behind one of the orc's as he noticed  they carried some group of prisoner's in a cage. Looking more intensely at the prisoners Kyke noticed two prisoners were shouting and banging the cages, so he decided to get a little closer to see who they were.  Kyle went out of the truck as he made his way behind another tree. "What are you doing Kyle?" Stephen whispered. Kyle looked more intensely at them as he realised it was Albert, Bonny and Aren. 'No way,' he thought to himself then turned back at Stephen. "Come over here you have to see this," he whispered, giving Stephen a signal with his  hand as Stephen shook his head then ran towards him. "They have Albert, Bonny and Aaren," Kyle said. "What!" Stephen exclaimed in a low tone. "There, see for yourself, inside those cages," Kyle told Stephen as he looked towards the cages. "Goodness Kyle, what do we do now?" Stephen shifted his eyes back at him. Kyle  took a deep breath, then shifted his eye's at the orc's  again. "We have to go after them. Check out where they are taking our friends and rescue them," he replied. "You are right Kyle, but you sound as though this is going to be some easy stuff," Stephen paused. "I can't wait to get out of this forest," he said as they went after the orc's. Hiding behind the trees they followed them but kept their distance to avoid being caught. The journey was taking longer than expected as they were gradually approaching the forest exit, but it seemed like the closer they  got the more unfamiliar and complicated the forest became. "Wait," Stephen said to Kyke as Kyle stopped then turned back towards him. "Is there a problem?" Kyke asked as he noticed the look of uncertaimty in Stephen's face. Stephen shifted his eyes toward  a tree beside us as he gently touched the stem.  "You have to be quick Stephen so that we do not lose track of them," Kyle said to him. "I am aware of that Kyle, but unelse we will never be able to figure out our way home," Stephen replied, then shifted his eyes at Kyle. Kyle hesitated for a while as he gave him an intense look. "I don't understand, what do you mean by that?" He asked.  "Here, you have you to see this," Stephen  looked back at the tree as Kyle made his way towards him. "Look," he touched a marking on the tree which seemed a little familiar to Kyle. "This was the first tree I saw the moment I entered this woods," he hesitated for sometime then looked up at Kyle  again. "I am sure of it." Kyle looked intensely at the markings. "I saw this tree too," I shifted my gaze at him. "Something isn't right," he said to Stephen. At first when Stephen told him they were lost he thought they weren't since it would only take tracing their footsteps back to the forest exit to get out of the mess, but seeing this he realised he actually had no clue where they were. "What do we do Kyle?" Stephen asked. Kyle  shifted his eyes sideways then back towards the orc's. "I don't know," he sighed. "Get our friends back from those terrible creatures I guess, maybe once we are together then we can figure out how to leave this place."  "Okay, let's do this," Stephen said. They followed the orc's far into the forest as they arrived at a large cave made of rocks not quite distant from a waterfall. They hid behind a tree as they watched the orc's go through a large tunnel with the prisoner's. "What do we do now?" Kyle asked Stephen as Stephen  looked back at him. "We have to go after them," he replied. Kyle was a little brave but going into a hole of monster's without knowing what he could encounter there wasn't his thing, but what other choice does he have.
