Chapter 1

The warehouse was on the waterfront and dark on the outside. There were lights out and if you did not know what was going on in the inside you would never know that this place was really a fighting ring. The people who ran this fighting ring made sure that outside was one that no one would really look at again and during the day it looked like the place was abandoned. Alex walked up to the bouncer at the door.

“Alpha Alex and Alpha Blade.” Alex said to the bouncer who then looked at a list on a clipboard.

“You both may go in and please enjoy the show.” Alex and Blade both walked through the door into the open area.

Once inside the door the whole place was transformed, there were blue lights, red carpet and just a really great atmosphere inside. The fighting ring was located right in the middle of this open space with stand around it. Above the ring there were boxes for people that wanted to spend more money and also be in the lap of luxury.

Mate is here. I want Flower please find Flower. Dean started to whine as soon as he could. Alex was so tired of hearing this whiney wolf in his head. Dean you have got to stop whining you are an Alpha wolf and right now you sound like a baby. The more you whine the more I can not concentrate on finding our mate. Alex scolded Dean as he walked further into the interior of the warehouse.

“Alpha Alex! Alpha Blade! I am so excited that you two could make it.” Alex and Blade both greeted the man that walked up to them.

“Hello gentlemen my name is Tre and I will be taking care of you both tonight. We have a box all ready to go so that both of you will be very comfortable during the fights. Please let me know if there is anything that you both would like.” Tre lead them to the box that he was talking about.

As the gentlemen made their way to the box they all could hear the roar of the crowd as the fight in the ring was finished. Ladies and gentlemen the next fight will start in ten minutes. The next fight will be in wolf form only. The announcer said over the loudspeaker.

“Alphas here is your box. Is there anything else that you would like for me to get you? “ The waiter asked as he held open the door to the box.

“No, that will be all. Thank you.” Blade handed the man a small rolled up amount of money as he shook his hand. As soon as the butler left Blade turned and looked Alex right in the eyes.

“Now do you want to tell me why we are here at an underground fighting ring?” Alex looked at Blade then walked around the room to make sure that there were no listening devices or even cameras that would catch anything that was said between the two of them.

“Well Blade. I have been informed that there is a wolf that you and I both need to see fight. From the information that I have received this wolf is one of the best fighters that anyone has ever seen in the fighting ring.” Blade gave Alex a look like he did not believe him at all.

Before Alex could say anything else they both heard the announcer come on to say that the next fight was starting. Both men walked over to the open area of the box to watch the fight in the ring. A silver wolf was in one corner while a dusty red wolf was in another corner. Both men froze when they saw the silver wolf.

“It can not be! Please tell me that I am seeing things!” Blade gripped the railing of the box.

Alex could not form any words as he watched the two wolves attack each other in the ring. As the two Alpha’s watched this fight the silver wolf finished off the dusty red wolf with no problems at all. The fight only lasted around five minutes before it was over. As soon as the fight was finished the silver wolf looked up at the boxes right into Alex’s eyes before it bolted out of the ring and to the changing rooms.

Alex gripped the railing even harder so that he would not follow after the silver wolf. “Well this just got even more interesting.” Blade slapped Alex on his shoulder as he walked into the box to pour them each a drink from the strongest whiskey that was in the box.

Back in the changing rooms the silver wolf transformed into a curvy dark headed girl who was pulling on her clothes. “Hey Flower you did great out there tonight girl! I think we made more money on your one fight than we did on any of the other ones tonight.”

One of the head guys stated as he walked into the changing room after Flower. “Thanks I think. So what is my take home for tonight?”

Flower finished pulling the hoodie in her hands over her head as she turned to ask the question about the money. The head guy gave Flower a grin that showed what he really wanted from her but when he spoke he spoke with respect.

“Well Honey I know what I would like to give you but you will take home a couple million tonight.” Turning to head back out the door the head guy stopped in his tracks and looked over his shoulder.

“Aren't you fighting again tonight but in human form?”

“Yeah I am but that fight is not for a little bit.” Flower answered as she grabbed her backpack and pushed through the door past the head guy.

Flower we have got to get to our mate somehow to make sure that he is ok. I know Jane but we also have to make sure that no one sees us if we do this. While the two talked in Jane’s head a hidden figure watched to see exactly which way Jane went as she left the changing room.

Jane, there is someone hiding around the corner watching us. Yeah I smell them Flower, thank you for watching out back. Janes aka Flower(in the ring) changed the way she was walking and headed to the door to leave the building. Maybe next time she could see her mate.
