Chapter 14 - How romantic

"What!?" "I'm just saying. It's not your business, right? Or is it?" He asks and I compose myself. "N-N-NO, it's not my business." I reply. "You should have seen your face." He says. "I was shocked. Why would you have s*x with a girl without protection? Are you ready to be a father? You didn't even care about diseases. What if you have some kind of STD? Or maybe she has." I finish my rant and he's just staring at me. "You care about me now? Why are you overacting so much? Do you have a high crush on me or you're just jealous of flower? Don't worry baby, we can still play around. I can get you pregnant too if that's what you want." He winks stupidly and all I feel like doing right now is to pluck his stupid eyeballs out. "I just care about the poor girl. If she's pregnant she will be a single mother and then the baby would not be happy to find out that her father is a f**k boy who isn't planning to be decent," I say and fold my hand across my chest. "and I'll never, ever kiss you not to talk of getting pregnant for you, so stop dreaming!" I add. "If I have a child, it will be a son and not a daughter. I won't be a f**k boy because of my son, I'll be a responsible father and. I will also be my son's role model." He says and I clasp my hands. "How romantic." I reply  and he rolls his eyes. "So dramatic. There's nothing romantic about what I've just said." He says. "Whatever, just leave my room." I reply and he nods. I lay on my bed as soon as he leaves, my two hands behind my head and my face and tummy facing up. Did he mean that? Was he being serious? Did he really not use a condom? What if I'm pregnant? Maybe that's why he is looking for me. Come to think of it, I'm five days late. *Flash back* He lays me on the bed covering me with the duvet and take his phone from the nightstand to walk out. "Stop stranger!" I say. "Flower you're drunk, you should sleep." He replies. "Where are you going?" I ask. "I'm leaving. you can sleep here." He answers. "You can't leave me." I say standing up and raising my short gown to expose my thigh more and he gulps. "W-w-what are you doing flower?" He asks. "I'm..." I move closer to him and trap him against the wall. Placing my hands on his chest,  I move my hand to undo his buttons. "Stop it flower, I can't do this to you. I don't want to..." He says and I place my right index finger on his lips. "Just shut up and..." "No, I have to..." The rest of his words were muffled as I crash my lips on his. "Geez kiss me back asshole." I say against his lips. "No this isn't right, I can't take advantage of a drunk lady." He replies as he breaks the kiss. "Shut up and kiss me back. You're enjoying this, don't act like you aren't." I reply and kiss him again. "Are you sure?" "Don't ask me! I, you know… forget it you're such a mood killer." "No, I don't do drunk girls." "Are you that decent?" I ask and pull away from him to undo my zip letting my clothes off my body.  He pinches the bridge of his nose before moving closer to me "You want this, you get it." *End of flash back* "Oh, Ava. Hi." Elena walks in with a bottle in her hand stopping the video that is playing in my head. "You're drunk?" I ask. Of course that's a stupid thing to ask. "Of course Ava, I'm drunk so very drunk." She says putting the bottle in her mouth and scrunching her face when the liquor burns her throat. "Share." I say. "The bottle?" She asks. "No, the reason for drinking." I reply. "My life is a total f**k up girl, I'm a f**k up too." She starts. "Your life isn't f****d up." "You aren't me Ava. You know, I regret most of the things I have done. I wish I was a good girl, but I'm not." She says. "You can still change it's not too late." I reply and she smiles. "Thank you, I think we can be friends." "So friends?" "Friends." We stare at each other weirdly before she finally shifts her gaze. "Ava, just drink with me." She says tears rolling down her cheeks. "Sure." I say not wanting to reject her offer because she's sad. I raise the cup to my lips and the pictures of my drunk self at the bar plays in my head, causing me to shake my head. "I see you don't drink, you don't have to. I'm tired, I want to rest a bit." She says and lie on her bed with her eyes drooping. That's my cue too. I lie on my bed and let sleep take over me as I try my best to keep Jax off my mind.
