I stretch out like a star fish in my new bed. We weren't able to get all our furnishings, but we got the important things. My mom is excited as I am to have her own space without the stress of Trey looming over her. The California king with the memory foam mattress I bought is the stuff of dreams. The kitchen appliances came yesterday and the rest of the furnishings will be here by the end of the week. I plan to take my time decorating and really making the space my own. I appreciated Derek sending someone to help, but I told him last night that I planned to do it myself. I decided the room closest to mine will be the baby's nursery, but I won't be decorating until I'm further along.
