“Your father?” The words came out in more of a hiss than I had intended. To be honest his words were a relief. That sounded far more manageable to me than a mate he had betrayed or something similar. I could work with a hated family member. “You do understand that I’m still going to kill him?”
He nodded. “And I’m going to help you.”
My eyes widened. “What?”
“Mason is cruel and heartless. He’s hurt my family enough. It’s time he’s taken out. I still don’t agree with this whole harem idea, but nothing I say or do is going to convince you that it’s a bad idea, is it?”
