NAINA "Hey, moma..." Pearl's voice came with a synchronized voice of Robin, "Hey, aunty!" "Hey, Ruhani!" I greeted her but even before she could acknowledge my greeting, both the naughty children ran toward me. I heard their giggles as they reached me. I kneeled down to their level and soon both of them were in my arms. "How was your day?" I asked both of them as I looked at them. "It was awesome!" Robin told me quickly as he thumped his little fist in the air. "Were you good?" I asked as I narrowed my eyes at Pearl. "Oh, she is a sweetheart!" My aunt said as she came toward us with a dismissing wave of her hand. When both, Ruhani and I are at our respective workplaces, all my aunts, as well as my mom, take care of the children. So typically, Pearl and Robin are more inclined towards their grandmothers, than their mothers. "Yes, moma...today I read poetry..." My daughter mumbled. "Wow, poetry?" I asked as I looked toward Ruhani who stood with a huge smile on her face. "Honestly, Ruhani...did they read poetry?" I asked her as I got up from my kneeled position and went inside the mansion I held both the children's hands in my hands. "Yeah! Ranjan Uncle told them poetries today." She said with a reassuring smile. It was the biggest perk of living in a joint family. Our children get the love and care of every member of the family. Ranjan Uncle is always the go-to person for both the children and I am sure that he will be the go-to person for his own grandson, Evan, who is currently ten months old and is in Bristol, with his parents. Due to the business in Bristol, Rohit and Grace have to stay for nearly half of the year in Bristol. Grace wants to stay in the Goenka mansion only, but work comes first. "Coffee?" Ruhani asked me when I was busy admiring the children. "Yeah, I was looking for one," I told her honestly. "Come..." She said as she led me toward the garden. The garden was one of my favorite places. and since it was only five in the evening, we went outside, with the children obviously. . . . . . "I can see that one year from now, you are the leading designer of India, and also well-known globally..." Ruhani said as she sipped coffee from her mug. "Aww...how exciting it sounds..." I mumbles as I imaged the scenario that she told me just now. "Aunty, Pearl is feeling hungry." Robin, said as he came running toward me. "And you are not?" I asked as I picked him up in my arms. "Umm...I am hungry too." He said as he played with a leaf that he had probably plucked from from a shrub. "Come on, let's have something to eat." I said to Ruhani and she picked up Pearl in her arms and we both walked inside in the mansion. . . . . . JACKSON I sat on the bat stool, with Ethan sitting on my left. "Don't you get fed up by listening this s**t about you?" He said as he shoved his cell phone in my hand, in which there was a news with the headline, "The most eligible bachelor of LA is possibly a gay?" I rolled my eyes with frustration. Why is it so difficult for the stupid paparazzi to understand that every rich mna does not need to be a playboy. Fuckers! Yeah, I am not a man who gets furious easily, or who swears a lot, but I am fed up of this stupid revolving news all over. Why does they have to do with my personal life? "He is so damn handsome!" I heard the murmuring of the bar tender, who was barely wearing anything to cover her breasts. Her breasts were popping out of her extra tight shirt. I gulped the vodka from the glass in one go and ordered her to pour another glass for me. "Yeah, but he is probably a gay!" Another girl whispered to her as the bartender poured a glass for me. A looked at her, and. she starred trembling under the heat of my gaze. She quickly went away from my sight. I fisted my hand in anger as I gulped down the whole content of the glass in one go. "You can't stop what people think about you!" Ethan said calmly. He was right but his words made me more furious. Frustrated and angry with the murmurs and stupid news, I slammed the glass that was in my hand onto the slab. I paid no need to anyone when I proceeded to make my way outside of the luxurious hotel. Even my mom has started to believe that her son is possibly a gay. Yes it was true that I had not made any physical relation with any girl till yet. That's because the only girl I want to be with is my Misty. I had wanted her to be my first . But she is nowhere to to be found, and I have to shut the stupid mouth of all these people. For my mother's happiness, I have to do this. I snatched the keys from my driver, who had came rushing toward me, with a hope that I will ask him to take me wherever I want. But I wanted to drive myself. I got in the driver's seat, and started to drive the car, to some unknown location. I just needed to get myself relieved. Tonight, I wanted to break all the rules. I didn't want to wait for Misty anymore. I wanted to be rebel. I was tired of being the responsible one. I drove recklessly to god knows where. After driving aimlessly for sometime, I realized that I came to a place where there were not many cars that could be spotted on the road. And then my eyes landed to something, or I should say, someone... . . . . . . . . TO BE CONTINUED...
