The next few weeks went by like it was nothing, it was mostly made up of me learning how to deal with my body's new reactions to blood and my strength as well as speed. Me and Akela had decided to put the wedding on hold, we took a look at the old contract and decided there really wasn't a need for it. So Akela broke it on his end and gave the money owed to my father, it wasn't like they were gonna miss it anyway. Our new date for the wedding is a year from now, it gives me a chance to adjust to the vampire life and more time to plan the wedding of my dreams.
I also decided to make the rest of my semester online classes and just have my diploma mailed to me instead of going to the ceremony. I didn't really need to go, if I feel the need to have a graduation I'll just repeat Senior year
