L e a n d e r My eyes twitched in annoyance while looking at the shameless grinning alpha in front of me. His hand was warm on my skin. "Do you have to touch me?" Tilden chuckles as he casually withdraws his hand. "I wanted to." Garrett almost choked on his food hearing us talking and he couldn't believe Tilden was making a move with someone while he was there. Too shameless. Garrett covered his laugh with his pursed lips and clasped a hand at Tilden as if praying for him. "Fine, take me with you." I didn't want to get stuck in that dorm with strangers or stay in the room with nothing to do. "Good! Then finish your meal. We'll go after half an hour." Tilden said and Garrett nodded. ........... I was looking for clothes to wear because I couldn't go out with a loose shirt and tights. Maybe I could but I would rather want to wear better clothes and the problem was I couldn't stomach wearing Tilden's unwashed clothes which was the only thing available. I would rather not wear any underwear than wear that alpha's used underwear. It makes me want to vomit just imagining it. I sighed just when the door opened and Tilden came in wearing a military khaki uniform and black boots looking like a decent and upright soldier contrary to his personality. "Wear this. This is Lake's. It might be a little big for you but this is better compared to mine since I'm bigger. " I received the heavy uniform with both my hands. "Thank you." I said and Tilden smiled. "C'mon, smile. You'll look cuter if you do." Tilden urged. " Get out." I placed the uniform on the bed and removed these uncomfortable tights and wore the khaki pants. Lake was taller than me but we almost had the same leg length so the pants length was perfect, only a bit loose. I removed the shirt after and turned around when I felt as if someone was digging a hole in my back and saw Tilden still standing and hadn't left the room. "Your ass. I like the shape of your ass." Tilden said and I never felt so annoyed before. I silently reached for the katana that lying on the table and unsheathed a quarter of the blade making Tilden run outside the room. Garrett and Tilden were already waiting outside when I came down. The three of us were the only ones going out and the rest were to stay at the dorm. I did not bother to hide my irritation seeing Tilden eyeing me from head to toe a few times until Garrett nudged him with his elbow. "What?" I knew that the uniform wasn't a perfect fit but it was already good. I was glad that the shoes fit too. "It irritates me seeing you wearing another man's clothes." Tilden turned around and climbed into the driver's seat of the armored car. Garrett only chuckled and went to the passenger's seat leaving me confused. Why would he be irritated? I thought as I climbed into the back seat. One of the reasons why I wanted to go with them was to look for an inhibitor. Though, I still have one at the dorm but I should be prepared for any emergency. The drive was silent. I was looking outside the window and the only thing I could see were abandoned cars in the middle of the road. The armored car would occasionally bump into abandoned cars that were on the way. I glanced at the rearview mirror and saw Tilden just in time also checked the mirror and our eyes met. Tilden grinned and I frowned at him. "Captain!" Garrett called and there was a loud crashing sound and their car was already dragging a small car forward. Tilden wasn't looking at the road when he hit a car that was parked on the way but the armored car did not even budge and easily dragged the car as if it was a toy. "Oh, sorry." Tilden chuckled. "Stop checking the mirror, you’re driving and he's not going anywhere." I heard Garrett mutter making Tilden chuckle. "What are you talking about? I purposely hit that car. You were about to doze off." Tilden said. I did not care about it and looked back outside the window. The place was desolate and gave off an eerie feeling. We passed by a huge road sign saying Welcome to O-Zone. Tomorrow R-zone would be incinerated and we are planning to loot the place before it gets burned. R-zone has one of the largest cities among the Zones, so it would be a waste if everything would turn into ashes. On the way, we saw a few zombies lurking around and trying to run towards the moving car but it would give up the chase eventually. We would never waste a bullet on a passing zombie. It was a long drive, almost three hours and my butt was starting to hurt. I even doze off a few times while looking at the same scenery until we see the colorful sign that says Welcome to R-Zone. Huge and tall buildings could be seen already making me wonder if there are a lot of zombies in the area. It wasn't far from where I first woke up, but T-Zone was already burned which was where the only clue that I had of what I was. Maybe I had stuff there that could make me remember. Though I was having dreams every time I had a deep sleep, but it was still unclear. I picked up the huge traveler bag that Garrett handed as Tilden parked in front of a huge supermarket. I unsheathed the sword while entering the quiet building after the two soldiers. It was chaos inside the supermarket, racks were overturned, shopping carts were everywhere and it also smelled pungent because of corpses scattered on the floor. The place was already looted but there were a few packs of chips and beverages. I walked ahead after observing the place and confirmed that the place was clear of zombies and looked for the pharmacy section. For a huge city like R-Zone, it would be impossible to have no zombies around so I kept in mind what Tilden said to be cautious as always. Tilden and Garrett were busy filling their bags with batteries, food, and anything that could be found in the supermarket that was useful as I sneaked deeper inside. I wasn't feeling nervous or scared but my heart was pounding. I turned and glanced where Tilden and Garrett were when I heard a loud banging sound and a heavy metal dropping on the floor that echoed around the building. "Fvck! Leander!" I heard Tilden called then it was followed by a lot of growling sounds and hurrying footsteps. Zombies were trapped at the exit door and the door handles where the metal rod was inserted as a lock broke and a flood of zombies got out in a frenzy upon seeing Tilden and Garrett. Fvck! I gripped the hilt of the sword hard as I sprint back only to encounter the hoard of zombies. ...........
