Chapter Fifteen
Sabrina’s POV
“Can you stop following me?!” My irritation was evident when I turned to look at him. I thought I had left him successfully by the shore but here he is, walking calmly behind me!
Yael stopped when I did. His brow arched as he looked down to me. I feel small and tiny in front of him considering his height, damn it!
“I do not, Sabrina.” he said in a smirk.
“You dare deny it when you vulgarly admitted being my stalker a few minutes ago?”
Yael chuckled, biting his lower lip in the most manly way possible before speaking.
“I’m on my way to my room, baby.”
I hissed and turned around. That lip bite almost got me there and its better to take hazard towards danger than push my luck more.
Walking to my suite, Yael was still there behind me!
Now, this is absurd! My suite is the last door in the hallway and the elevator was far from here!
Holding the edge of my thread of patience, I turned to him again.
Yael was already grinning from ear to ear when I look back to him. As if he knew what I was about to say, he answered before I could say a word.
“My room is 402.” he said in a playful voice.
“What?!” I looked at my suite number. It says ‘402’! “This is my room!”
“Hmm… maybe it’s fate?” he said and extending his hand where he held a card. My cornea seems to zoom in to the card, only to be dismayed that there written was suite number 402!
“This can’t be happening!” I think I’ll pass out from stress with this… damn it! How can the front desk make a mistake like this?!
“Let’s go inside our room now, baby.” then he chuckled.
“f**k you! Stay outside and I’ll call the front desk!” I opened the door and slammed it hard. I hope it hits his face to wipe that smug expression of his!
“You know I have a card, right? I can come in anytime…” he said behind closed doors.
I closed my eyes shut in frustration.
“Just stay there! There must be some misunderstanding!” I shouted.
My movements are quick but I’m trembling as I grabbed the telephone and dialed the hotel service.
“Hi, I wanted to clear a mistake done by the front desk, I guess. There’s a man claiming that he was checked-in to the same suite I’m in.”
“May I know your suite number, Ma’am?”
“Uh, 402. Suite 402.”
“Hold a second, Ma’am.”
“Okay.”
I scratched my brow as I wait. Damn it! There’s no way this is a coincidence, right? I mean, this is a five star hotel so everything here must be perfect! Not some crappy creepy mistakes to be made like this!
“Baby, how many minutes should I stand here?” Yael shouted outside and I rolled my eyes from his complaint.
“Shut up, Yael!”
He responded with a thundered laughter.
“Hello, Ma’am?” says over the phone.
“Yeah.” I sighed.
“I’m Shane, the hotel manager. I deeply apologize for this inconvenience, it seems that our staff has made a mistake and booked Mr. Domingo in a booked room. I am sorry for this.” explained on the other line.
I sighed in relief.
“I understand, just transfer this man to another suite.”
“Unfortunately, we couldn’t do that, Ms. Montezar. The hotel is fully booked for the month. We admit for this mistake and we are willing to give the suite free for the both of you in regard of this inconvenience--”
“What?! Do you think I care about the money?! I want peace and having a… a… a strange man in a room is not what I expected in this hotel! I am friends with the owner and I’ll make sure you will be fired for this!”
I heard the door opened and I muttered a curse when Yael walked inside the room.
“I’m really sorry, Ms. Montezar. As of the moment, I have no power to fix this I-issue. The owner already agreed to reconcile and says he’s a friend of yours so w-we thought it will be fine to--”
“What?! Richard agreed to what?! Are you mistaken? Richard will never--”
“Uh, I’m sorry, Ma’am. But Mr. Washington no longer own the Twin Peaks Hotel a-and Resort…” she cut me off.
Richard is no longer the owner? What the heck?! I just had a talk with him over the phone earlier!
“You’ve got to be kidding!”
“A-Actually, Ma’am, the person who was booked with y-you right now is th-the new owner. Mr. Domingo claims to be a friend of yours and…”
The manager continues to explain but my mind wandered as I looked at Yael who was leaning on the wall as he watches my hysterical conversation.
I screwed my eyes shut and slammed the telephone back to the holder, not taking my eyes off him.
“Is it true?!” I exclaimed.
“What?” he asked with an innocent face.
“You own this hotel? Since when? And you claim I’m a friend?! How could you, Yael!”
The bastard shrugged, cool with the situation while I’m burning with frustration, anger and annoyance!
“Don’t act coy with me, Yael! What did you do to Richard? This hotel is his family’s legacy, passed down to him for years and years of generations and you just, what, bought it?!”
“Well, they won’t let me stay in the same suite as you so--”
So the manager was lying and not all room are booked!
“What the f**k?!” I walked closer to him, pointing a finger at his face. “You wanted to annoy me this much to go this far? Are you crazy?”
Yael seems to enjoy me yelling at his face and that frustrates me even more!
“I wanted you, baby, that’s why I do this much..” he said and smirked.
The f**k is this bastard saying?
My nose are flaring and I’m ready to breathe fire any second because of his playful and smug look!
How can he act so compose and calm while I probably looked like a witch right now?
“You can’t have me that fast and easy, Yael.” I said, trying to calm myself so I wouldn’t look like the loser!
“Who says you are?” he stood straight and walked towards me.
I wanted to take a step back but my pride nailed my feet on the ground as I looked at him with my head up.
Yael stopped in a justifiable distance that I was able to still breath. His eyes locked on mine and my system feared his sudden transition from playful to a serious expression.
Its like his aura was screaming not to mess with him.
“Years of hardships… just… for… you.” his eyes traveled from my head down to my body before looking to his side and avoiding my gaze. “And all worth it.”
I was baffled by what he meant but who cares about that now? Years of hardship, yeah right!
“W-Whatever! Just! Just go away and find yourself your own suite! This is mine, I got here first!”
Yael sighed and rolled his eyes. “Didn’t the manager said that the hotel is fully b--”
“Oh, come on! I know that’s a lie you made them say! Get out of here!”
He hissed. “Damn it. Fine.” then he turned around and headed to the door.
I finally had the chance to breath well which was halted when he turned around again.
“ But I’ll come in,” he said, showing me the card of my suite, “…anytime I want.” then he grinned and walked out of the door. Whistling.
Goddamnit!
**
I spent the whole afternoon fighting for my right of privacy with Shane, the manager, but they are powerless over the ‘owner’ that I couldn’t push them more!
Its horrifying to think that Yael has a key to my room and I’m freaking out to think that he will come and enter my room when he wanted to.
And f**k, I think I am excited, too but I am doing my best to stop myself from entertaining that emotion! I shouldn’t even feel that way!
There is the option to leave the place and find a new one but that also means a crappy resort next to Twin Peaks or a six hour drive. Both is not up to my mood.
Also, if I leave, Yael might get the idea that he affect me too much to stay away from him! No, I will never give him that!
Feeling exhausted and stressed from my supposedly peaceful and calm vacation, I went to the restaurant of the hotel to have my dinner.
And of course, he was there.
Sitting with an authoritative atmosphere lingering around him, he sips on his glass of whisky.
Alcohol? Did he ate dinner already?
I sure hope he already did or I’ll lose my appetite if he stay here longer!
Immediately, my heart beats like a bass upon the sight of him. He is such an eye-candy, I couldn’t deny that, but only if I see him far like this. Otherwise, when he’s close and talking to me, he’s a major eyesore.
I sighed and walked to a table, too far from his. A waiter came to me and I picked my order. The male waiter looked at me with ‘the eyes’, as I call. Its that look that I know they find me attractive but at the same time I intimidate them that they stutter.
“Hey, baby.”
I almost groan when Yael popped and sat on the chair in front of me. I narrowed my eyes at him but his gaze are directed to the waiter who just finished repeating my order.
My brow arched from that.
“I should get you a tag that says you’re mine.” Yael said when the waiter walked away with quick steps. That mere look from Yael and he was scared.
Damn. If I’m out to hunt boys, having him around won’t be a good idea.
“Wow.” I arched my brow at him. “Says who?”
He shrugged. “I’m the claimant. So, me.” he smirked.
I just sighed and shook my head.
There really is no point in talking with Yael when he is in this mode, okay? Its like, everything I will say or ask will be responded by nonsense nothing.
I decided to make myself busy by scrolling to my phone and I can feel his eyes gawking at me. Is he trying to melt me or what?
“Can you stop that?”
His lips pursed. “Stop what?”
“That! You’re looking as if you’re undressing me. Stop watching my every move.” I rolled my eyes.
The jerk had the nerve to bit his lower lip. He got amused by that? I’m indirectly calling him a pervert and yet he was amused?! I can read it all over his face!
Yael leaned in and, placed his elbows at the table.
“I think you you’ve just read my mind.” he said and smiled.
What the heck!
I felt my cheeks flushed and hot from what he said. Yael undressing me on his head just gave me a lot of dirty thoughts! It flashes on my mind as if clips from a movie, and it’s arousing!
Fuck. I think I’m having an episode!
Damn it!
I exhaled and stood up hastily that my chair creaked loud.
My vision is throbbing, everything seems to be pulsating and its getting harder to breath. I’m… this is bad.
A waitress passed by and I grabbed her arm to stop her. She looked at me with widened eyes.
Yael shifted on his seat, confused but balanced to the situation he don’t know yet what’s happening.
“Are you okay, Ma’am?”
“P-Please take my dinner to my suite.” I said and hurried towards the elevator. I heard she asked for my room number but I don’t have the strength to stop and respond to that.
My core is throbbing, bad. This is worst than what I had before. This is far worse, and I mean it.
Every inch of my body seems to be in chaos, it yearns, it wanted the pleasure. And this kind of times are what I regret not experiencing whenever I’m with Xander.
Because now I’m so wet and turned-on!
Just from those f*****g images my mind created!
My fingers pressed the closed button of the elevator in a hurry but before it did, Yael came in.
His brows are furrowed, and all his questions can be read on his face.
God damn it.
“Are you feeling okay?” he asked with a concerned tone.
My head was about to shake to say I am not but I nodded when I realized who was asking.
I went to the corner of the elevator and he remained standing in the middle while facing me and looking at me straight.
I couldn’t fight his gazes, I can’t. I know I’ll give in, I know that is the eyes that I dreamed of. The beholder of those eyes are whom I wanted to kiss me, to touch me, to penetrate me whole.
There is no way I should risk it. Damn it!
I’m closing to the edge!
“Sabrina…”
“Please! Just,” I pulled my head back and shut my eyes close. This is f*****g frustrating. “Just shut up, Yael.”
I wanted to cheer for myself for the strength I gather. Thanks god, I didn’t stutter!
Looking upfront, and avoiding his gaze, I tried to sync my breathing back to normal.
And failed.
I muttered a curse.
“No.” Yael suddenly said with a commanding voice. I turned to him with wide eyes and furrowed brows.
He looked angry and out of control.
Slowly, he went to me and I can’t find a place to go in this small place!
Panic and excitement fought inside my chest! Both wanted to lead but then no one wins.
“You’ll tell me what’s wrong and I’ll help. I won’t listen to you while watching you... like that.”
“Please!”
“Tell me what you need! Damn it! Was it the pills? Where did you put those? I’ll get it for you!”
No!
The pills are on my bag which I have with me right now!
But the meds doesn’t work well these days and I had to pleasure myself to ease this! I HAD TO!
And judging from the way I quiver and throb here, this episode won’t be calmed by any pills anymore!
The elevator ringed and it saved me from his deadly yet concerned eyes. I was quick to run out of it, and to my suite.
Yael ran after me but I closed the door, locking it before he could be any closer.
I took my clothes off, almost ripping my dress as I walk inside.
One episode, no matter how strong this might be, I will win. I just need to f*****g made a release! I can do this!
I gulped my pills, both of them and as I had expected, it didn’t made any changes unlike before.
“f**k!”
My hand fists my underwear and before it fell on my toes, the door of my suite opened wide and Yael came in.
Tears pooled my eyes.
I feel devastated and pitied myself from the moment he saw me like this. My tears are meant for me, for my forsaken case, and for him coming in when I’m in this state.
“P-Please… out-”
He didn’t let me say another word. In one huge step, he was in front of me as he cupped my cheeks and pulled me in for a tight embrace and a deep, mind-blowing kiss.
