He got to the restaurant only a couple of minutes late. He looked around the busy place, and then spotted Zerrah at a table near the window, waving to him.
Nang makalapit na siya rito ay agad na napatayo ito at niyakap siya ng mahigpit.
“Thanks for meeting me,” she said. Bago lantaran na pinasadahan siya ng tingin na para bang tinitingnan kung maayos ang pananamit niya.
Hindi na siya magtataka dahil as usual kapag ang babaeng ito ang kasama niya ay lagi na lang nito pinupuna ang sinusuot niya kaya buti na lang at nakapag-ayos siya.
