Affair in the Red House

CHAPTER 21 : INTIMACY BY THE HILL

The car passed the cliffside road, going against the ocean breeze which were just below the cliff, the sky bed were silent and constant as the night went deeper, passing several road sign until they stopped at the foot of a certain hill.

"Let's rest and keep ourselves away from the City for the mean time, I'm sure he'll do a thorough search the moment he knew." Lin calmly said.

Rein was still confused but could only nod and carefully got out of the car.

Mind blank and couldn't think of anything.

Lin lead him towards the upper part of the hill, supporting him to walk so that he couldn't tire his wounded ankle.

The place looked like an abandoned spot where people couldn't search that easily but the pathway was paved to walk on leisurely and if daylight comes, surely, this place will look beautiful naturally as the slender trees stood in line by the sides.

They passed by the foot of the mountain and reached a house. A small wooden house surrounded by rock formation by the side of this hill, it has its own yard that's completely dried up but the ground around the house was neat and clean. Even the old looking house seemed to have conserved through out the years.

"Come." Lin held his hand and lead him towards the place

"It's old but I made sure it was renovated to rebuild the weak parts without much changes." he added

He causally opened the door as if it's his own house, it's completely dark inside but when Lin opened the windows, the dark room brightened and Rein saw the old set up for houses. Bed in the corner and a few steps away were the kitchen.

Just a small space occupying the main spaces which a house needed.

Lin approached Rein who was contemplating whether he had seen this place before, Lin made a small smile then hugged him leaning his head on his shoulder.

"I'm glad you're here with me." he muttered under his breath

"You don't know how scared I am..."

Rein didn't moved a bit as he stared at the place blankly.

Lin paws tightened his hold at the clothes on his back, their bodies pressing tight as he lift his head to stare at Rein.

"You're here with me now, nothing will separate us anymore. Nothing, my dear Plim---"

He stopped when Rein pulled him away from him, his hands holding his shoulder as he gaze at the man infront of him.

"I'm..." his expression conflicted, "... I'm not Plim, I'm not anyone...I'm Bei Rein!" he exclaimed in fury

"Did you just ought me to be someone else?" he asked in disbelief, "Did you Lin?!" his voice broke.

He couldn't take it.

Lin's tears started to gather on his phoenix eyes as he shake his head violently, "No! No! I love you with all of my heart! You know that clearly!"

Rein blurted, "Then why are you...!"

His mind shot a pain again, he winced from the pain that made Lin shot his eyes wide and hurriedly went to him, "What happened? Are you okay? Are you hurt somewhere??"

Lin was frantically checking his body if there's any sign of wounds aside from his ankle when Rein spoke, his voice low and distressed, "Be honest with me Lin. Who is Jeremy to you? And...who am I to you?"

Lin stopped and just stared at him for a while .

The evening cicadas chirped all around the area as the deafening silence between them intensified.

Rein shut his eyes close.

He shouldn't have asked.

But Lin reached a hand forward to cup his right cheek, a small smile broke from his beautiful face as a tear dropped from his quivering lashes, "Why are you asking such things that can clearly hurt us both?" he said in almost whisper

Rein frowned, his expression and feelings conflicted, "Just what do you mean Lin? I couldn't grasp anything a bit of it!" he cried

"What do you mean by our past lives? Who's Plim? Why are you telling me that I am that person? And what would Jeremy know?!" he asked continuously.

The moment he asked Lin some things inside the car, Lin answered blatantly about things like this...that Jeremy will only bring harm for him and should get away from him as soon as possible. He's crazy and obsessed and should die numerous times.

The moment he uttered these words in great hatred, Rein's question didn't stopped there.

Until now, he couldn't grasp any of Lin's answers and somewhat thought him in making things up.

"Lin---"

"Sshh.." Lin hushed his lips with his slender finger then withdrew it and planted a soft kiss on his lips.

"It's okay if you don't remember any, it's okay..." he said against his lips

"It's okay... It's alright, this way, you don't need to mind difficult things."

"You suffered enough."

He smiled at him and continued the kiss but Rein was still disturbed and tried to pull him away from him but Lin insisted, "Please Rein... I couldn't take it anymore." his tone begging, hands trembling against his body

"I'm missing your touches..." he uttered

Rein was still troubled but couldn't help but to exhale a hot breath as Lin's hand started to caress his chest and back seductively.

"Lin...you know we're in a tight position." he uttered, maintaining his self consciousness not to get aroused from his touches.

But Lin couldn't be stopped the moment he wanted it. He's already red and his alluring scent already spread around the air.

It's the scent of an omega.

He's already begging for Rein to touch him and the man itself couldn't take his approach anymore.

He plunged forward to kiss Lin hungrily and the man didn't reserved any embarrassment anymore and replied with more hunger thirst.

They kissed and sucked each other as Rein slowly lead his partner towards the bed.

Wet and slick sounds was heard all around the small house, two figures almost intertwining as they pressed their bodies onto each other tightly.

Lin was already lying on the bed with his back when he uttered, "You're my only mate... You're my only alpha..." he muttered as drops of warm tears rolled from his eyes.

Rein was stunned, and immediately planted kisses on his cheeks and eyes, he didn't want seeing him like this, "Don't cry... Don't cry...." he intimately whispered on his ears.

"Don't leave me again... I couldn't take it anymore if you're with that monster again." Lin sobbed, tugging on his sleeves, "...don't leave..."

"I beg you..."

Rein embraced him tightly, their bodies giving warmth on the cold night by that silent hill.

Sobs and meaningful sounds rung around their ears as the night went by.

They will utter lovely and reassuring words to check each other's presence as they indulge in their desires, confirming that the love is mutual and is the same.
