The hand that pulled him by the corner actually saved him from the new batch of guards that has arrived in the premises. They saw the bodies around the area and immediately called for reinforcement with the use of their signal phones, they checked the bodies and confirmed that they were all put to sleep, some were done by chemicals and some were hit on their vital spots that made them lose consciousness. Rein frowned and felt that the hand on his arm loosened, he immediately turned to the person who dragged him by the corner and saw a man smaller than him by inches covered in black. Only the man's eyes were visible for him to see but when he met his inquiring gaze, the man immediately took his mask. Rein was taken aback, "Lin?!" he's shocked but he knew how crucial their position is so he blurted it out in a loud whisper, eyes wide open. Lin was teary so he didn't mind to answer as he plunge himself towards Rein, he reached for his lips and kissed him passionately arms, wrapping his neck to secure him close. But Rein was still in shock and confuse so he gently pushed Lin away and stared at him in fear, "You... Why are you here? How did you enter? Don't you know it's Jeremy's house!" he couldn't longer hid his fear as his hand tightly grip his smalls shoulders. He clearly knew to what extent would Jeremy do to people who provoked him. It's lucky for him that he just got a lock up arrest but how about Lin?! What would he do now that the man trespassed himself on his territory?! "Why did you come?!" Rein was full of fear Lin's beautiful face was confuse and pitiful as he stared at Rein's angry expression. "You... You should have focused on your exhibit! Just why did you..." Lin broke free from his arms that's locking up his shoulders away from him and went to embrace him tightly. Tearfully, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Don't be angry, I'm sorry..." he sobbed on his arms. "I-I just couldn't take it... I couldn't contact you and someone even tried to harm me, I was depressed and didn't know what to do... I'm sorry, I'm sorry..." he explained as he cried on Rein's arms. "I'm sorry..." Rein can feel his sleeve getting wet from his tears and he couldn't take it. He embraced Lin in a more meaningful way, he kissed his hair as he uttered, "No... No, I'm sorry...I shouldn't have scolded you, I'm sorry. But you shouldn't have entered this place carelessly, that man isn't simple as you think he'll track you down---" Lin broke free from his arm and faced him after he wiped his tears, "That's why we need to get out of here as soon as possible. I have a way." Even though the moonlight was it's brightest, they managed to sneak out from that area towards the patio area that leads to an enclosed area just outside the building. They passed by the wooden old door that's almost covered by weeds and climbing ferns along with the walls that's enclosing the certain space. When they passed by that door, they were welcomed by a refreshing and traditional scene that can be seen on paintings and heritage sights. It was actually a courtyard filled with precious and rare plants, neat and tidy as it emphasized the magnolia tree at the center where a crate that seemingly used for ponds was placed below it. It was simple yet so beautiful. Rein was in a daze upon seeing the place, his emotions suddenly swirled on that moment. Strange, he couldn't specify it but it's a feeling of something that's so close yet so far. "W...Wuxiang..." he muttered Lin's eyes widened upon hearing it and grabbed Rein's arm, "You remember? You can remember?" He asked, his tone in disbelief. Rein snapped and stared at Lin's strange expression, "What? Should I remember something?" In that moment, they heard a cluster of steps behind the walls, voices instructing and leading their men to search. Lin grabbed Rein's arm tightly, "Let's go." The man lead him to the western part of the place, near the wall. They stopped by a boulder and Lin immediately climbed up to get up on the wall. The moment he reached the upper part of the wall, he reached a hand for Rein. He easily climbed the place since the wall isn't that high and with the help of the boulder by the side, he succeeded without any retry. They saw that outside the courtyard was the woods of the Jeremy residence. It was an untouched lot but when you get pass through this part, you'll immediately reach the main road. They both heard some calls and steps closer  to them that's why when they caught on each other's stare, the both nodded and jumped! It isn't high so they safely landed in a leafy ground but Rein couldn't keep his voice down as his ankle was struck in pain. He groaned that made Lin approach him worriedly, "You're hurt..." his eyes trembled realizing that Rein got a wound on his ankle. "I-It's bleeding..." his hands trembled as he tried to kneel down to touch his bleeding angle but Rein stopped him. He covered his trembling hand. "It's okay, we should run now." Rein said Lin still had the look of someone who was about to breakdown but feeling that Rein's hold tightened, he blinked and forced a smile, "Okay." They both ran against the flashing trees, quick steps crushing the withered leaves on the ground. Rein isn't familiar on the place since it's the back part of the house, he didn't explored the whole place since he wasn't interested to from the beginning. "Here." Lin lead him to a corner that wasn't different from the path that they're taking but Rein didn't voiced it out. Faint calls and flash of lights from every corners were surrounding the woods, they hastened their steps to run deeper in that part of the woods where the trees were more clustered than the previous path. Luckily the moonlight was helping them to see the path. It was hard and bumpy but they soon reached the main road leading to the cliffside road opposite to the city path. "Quick." Lin said and lead himself to slide down on the steeping slope, he guided Rein to carefully slide down since his ankle was still aching from the wound. Upon landing on the concrete road, they immediately ran towards a parked car across them. "Is that a shortcut? How did you know it?" Rein asked Lin as they enter the car. He didn't knew much about Jeremy but it's quite clear that this residence was Jeremy's main home, it has strict security system and anyone couldn't penetrate the place that easily. But Lin did, he even knew the corners and shortcuts. Lin started the engine and drove out in a hurried pace, expression unreadable. "Lin?" Rein asked again The man didn't want to answer and get on the topic but Rein was stubborn and stared at him for a long time, waiting for an answer. His eyes stared at the dark road ahead, eyes dark and his expression remained stiff, "In the past...we already met." ....
